We had a wonderful week in Emeraude despite the weather being a bit patchy. The view from the Gite and the swimming pool (shared with one other gite) is breath taking. The Gite is lovely. Well equipped and well presented and was ideal for us and our two grown up daughters. The location is perfect. Away from the crowds of the main Perogord Noir tourist traps but with good access to all the sites should you want to visit. We enjoyed revisting Belves, the Marqueyssac gardens by candlelight, Rocamador and kayaking on the Dordogne past the main sights.

Beautiful views!

The property itself is quite simple but well designed and comfortable. The views are wonderful, the shared pool sparkling bright and a nice temperature. Our 4 year old granddaughter was in it all the time! The owners were very helpful and were very active around the property. All in all a very nice stay and we would go again!

Lovely pool and views from the terrace. Some kitchen equipment could be improved (dishwasher took a long time). Luckily the next house wasn’t booked so we had the pool to ourselves

La maison etait très bien pour un petit séjour de 4 nuits mais un peu petit pour 5 et bcp d’humidité et poussière. L’emplacement etait parfait car nous étions tous les jours dehors a faire des activités.

Séjour parfait!

Séjour très calme et agréable dans la maison « Emeraude ». Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, il y a tout le nécessaire pour une famille de cinq. Mes filles ont bien profité de la grande piscine (toujours propre et lavée régulièrement), de la malle de jeux de société et de l’espace de jeux extérieur. L’endroit est vraiment idéal pour des enfants. Les propriétaires sont agréables, disponibles et à l’écoute. Nous les remercions pour ce séjour parfait!

Gite tres bien pensé en.pleine nature

Gite correspondant totalement a l'annonce, tranquillité assurée en cette saison, (piscines pas ouverte en avril ce qui a participé beaucoup au silence) ce que nous recherchons, seul le bruit des oiseaux nous a accompagnés durant ce sejour.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Haus EMERAUDE verbracht - ein toller Ausblick in die Landschaft von der Terrasse aus, ein super Pool und auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde ausgiebig genutzt!! Von hier ist man schnell im mittelalterlichen Belvès, an der Dordogne zum Kanu fahren oder Burgen besichtigen etc. etc. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Mes enfants et moi avons adoré notre séjour, une maison très propre, très agréable, tout y est. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et nos voisins charmants! Séjour au cœur de la Dordogne

Propriétaires très sympa, maison face à un superbe paysage , grand calme ,beaucoup de choses à voir dans les environs. Petits inconvénients : difficile à trouver , petits problèmes de pH dans la piscine, certaines petites choses qui manquent comme dans toute location, mais tous ces problèmes très vite résolus par les propriétaires.
