Fabulous villa

We spent a glorious 10 days at the villa.We loved the space, outdoor seating area and there were so many activity options, we were spoiled for choice.We would love to go back for another wonderful holiday.

Wonderful

The villa is with out a doubt the best we have ever rented, made even better by the range of facilities available such as the sauna, the gym room and table tennis. The owners, Nelson and Daniela, could not have been more helpful, they are both really efficient and very friendly. We highly recommend Villa Tres Palmeras.

Overall, we had a good stay and there is a lot to like about the villa, but there are a few things I would have wanted to know before booking.Unfortunately, the pool was not clean when we arrived. The owner did change pool cleaners and, after around three days, the new gentleman had it clean enough for us to properly enjoy, so credit to the owner for addressing this. However, the pool itself is clearly quite old and in need of refurbishment. A number of the tiles are coming away, leaving sharp areas around the pool. Between my nephew, niece and young son, they cut their feet four times during our stay, so this really does need addressing.The condition of the sun loungers is similar — they are quite old and one was broken. In many ways this sums up the villa: it is a lovely property with a lot going for it, but it is beginning to feel tired and would really benefit from some investment and modernisation.The grounds are very large, attractive and well maintained, and the villa has a lovely authentic Spanish feel. There were plenty of towels, the coffee machine was good, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cutlery, and overall the villa has a great range of facilities.The gym is a nice addition, although a relatively small investment in some extra equipment — a selection of dumbbells and kettlebells, for example — would make it considerably more useful.The location was okay for us because we had a hire car, which I would personally recommend if staying here.

Beautiful villa in good location

Very nice house with all the necessary equipments and even more. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ was our favourite! The water pressure was exceptionally good compared to what we are used to in Spain and there was enough hot water for the whole day. Sauna was also nice. The only thing which annoyed us a bit, was that we did not get toys for the kids to play. They were somewhere behind the locked doors and the host did not answer to our requests about them. We bought our owns and had to throw them away after our stay since the host did not allow us to leave them for the future guests. Because there were plenty of toys already, they said. Not very ecological I think. Overall we had wonderful holiday and we would warmly recommend this multi-functional villa for different kind of groups.

Hallo liebe finnländischen Gäste, Ihr wart super Gäste und gerne würden wir Euch wieder hier begrüßen. Da mein Finnisch sich in Grenzen hält und auch mein Englisch nur Schulenglisch ist, möchte ich dieses sprachliche Missverständnis auflösen. Alle aufblasbare Gegenstände, wie Luftmatratze oder schwimmende Gummitiere werden aus hygienischen Gründen nicht für andere Gäste weitergegeben (Corona). In der Regel haben diese Dinge auch nach wenigen Tagen Gebrauch Löcher und müssen entsorgt werden. Erst Recht, wenn Ihr zum Ende der Badesaison Urlaub gemacht habt. Wir haben auch keine anderen Räume, wo riesengroßes aufblasbares Wasserspielzeug gelagert werden könnte. Liebe Grüsse nach Finnland Daniela und Nelson

Had 10 days here with extended family members of various ages and everyone had an amazing time. From the very time of booking Nelson & Daniella have been extremely helpful with information and communication. The facilities were really great, huge pool & garden area, gym, pool table etc. the outdoor kitchen and lounge are with TV was a bonus, we tended more than inside facilities. The area was accessible to local restaurants and shops but would recommend car hire to go further afield as the taxi service was very hit and miss. We definitely return to the Villa, the only negative would be possibly new sun loungers and a bigger toaster for large groups but these are very minor observations.

Super villa

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette villa au top à tous les niveaux : superficie, emplacement, propreté, qualité d'accueil des hôtes, calme, super belles prestations, intérieures comme extérieures. Cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous louons sur le Costa Blanca, et cette maison est une des mieux que nous ayons pu louer. Rien à redire, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette belle propriété.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr stillvoll, elegant und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Jugendliche und hatten viel Platz. Der Außenbereich war sehr schön mit den tollen Pool und vor allem die Außenküche. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig, aber innerhalb von kurzer Zeit erreicht man schöne Strände. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden unseren Aufenthalt gerne in Zukunft wiederholen und würden definitiv weiter empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank, Daniela und Nelson

Januar in der Sonne

Die Vermieter, Auswanderer aus Dortmund, haben uns bereits erwartet. Wir wurden sehr nett aufgenommen und uns wurde alles im Haus erklärt. Das Anwesen ist riesig mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Leider ist das Leitungswasser kein Trinkwasser. Das Haus liegt an einem Berg. Zum Meer haben wir immer das Auto genommen, da in der Nähe nur eine Felsenküste ist. Der Strand von Moreira ist klein. Sehr viel schöner ist der Strand von Javea oder Calpe. Es gibt viele Profi-Radfahrer in dieser Gegend, daher kommt man mit dem Auto nur langsam vorwärts. Das Wetter hatte bei Ankunft 22 Grad, leider kam zwei Tage später eine Kaltfront und der brachte auch 3 Tage Regen mit. Aber in einer windstillen Ecke konnte man es sehr gut in der Sonne aushalten. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Hunde hatten ebenfalls Spaß und tobten am Sandstand und im Garten.

Beautiful large property albeit a bit quirky

Really clean and spacious property. 4 adults and 4 children (2 teens) all enjoyed the villa and plenty of space for all. Outside dining and lounge area were great. Would be good if there was a floor plan available to view prior to booking for anyone else looking to rent the villa as a bit quirky with outdoor bedroom and toilets (2 bathrooms upstairs in the main property). Only negative was a noisy bed in one of the rooms and had to pay an electric surcharge due to needing the air conditioning on in the evenings to sleep (couldn’t have windows open due to the mosquitoes). The town was lovely with pretty beaches and lovely restaurants. Would go back.

Family holiday

Family holiday of 10 ranging from 80 to 11 years old. The villa had everything you need and enough space for all. You need a car to get about but only a short drive to Moraira. The hosts were very informative and always on hand for advice/information etc Thank you for letting us stay in your villa. Hopefully we will be back soon

Fantastic property and great hosts

The property was spacious and the outdoor area and pool were great! The hosts Daniela and Nelson could not have been better before and throughout our stay - they were always on hand to help out. I would mention taxi’s can be quite hard to get, but there are a few restaurants and a beach within 30 minutes walking. I would recommend this property and will be taking a look at the other 9 properties they also manage.

Villa stay

This was a fabulous property to stay in. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Being in a family group of older adults and younger people we found that there was something for everyone and no-one was ever bored. The property had plenty of indoor and outdoor space so we were never under each others feet. The hosts Nelson and Daniella ensured that we knew where everything was and were ready to give assistance should the need arise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Villa magnifique et bien située !!

La villa est encore plus belle qu'en photo ! Nous étions 11 et avons passé un super séjour de 10 jours, la cuisine extérieur est vraiment superbe, nous y avons passé notre temps ! La piscine est propre et très belle, la salle de sport a énormément plu à tout le monde, le seul point noir de cette villa est le carrelage autour de la piscine qui est ultra glissant ! Nous sommes ravis de notre voyage à Moraira, nous recommandons cette villa sans problème.
