VILLA SERANDITE is a tourist accommodation solution dedicated to Families.

Located in the heart of the old town of Annecy in an exceptional location near the castle, you will appreciate its calm.

Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic, renovated, century-old townhouse!

The facilities have been designed for the needs of each generation: grandparents, grandchildren, adolescents, parents, young adults, babies. And for the various types of family, colleagues, friends ... from 2 to 10 people.

Come and recharge your batteries, play, garden, cook, tele-work, play the grand piano, read, visit, hike, learn ... and invent your best moments at the Maison de Famille.

The house is available in two sizes:

Rental "Villa Serandite" **** (8 people max. children incliuded) . Independent access and garden);
