The house is only a few minutes walk from the lake and all the activities there, but is completely quiet, peaceful and very safe. It is also beautifully clean. The living room and kitchen area is large and well appointed. There is one large double en-suite bedroom on the first floor and four further large double bedrooms and one bathroom with a bath and handheld shower on the first floor. A couple of the bedrooms share hanging space. In the basement there is a TV room, large utility room, further kitchen shower and WC and a very nice outside garden. There is room to park two cars on the drive. It worked very well for our family. There are plenty of boats, paddleboards and bikes to hire a few minutes away, plus a large supermarket a 10-15 minute walk away, and the longer walk into town is very enjoyable beside the lake. We stayed during a heatwave, and whilst there were no fans, there were instructions as to how to create draughts by opening shutters and windows at different times during the day. We would happily stay here again.
