The house features two stylishly decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Our Coco-mat beds, linens, and towels—made exclusively from 100% natural materials—will help you drift off to sleep while enjoying the comfort of natural products.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is cosy, featuring a comfortable corner sofa, TV, Netflix, and a Bluetooth audio system.

The villa features air conditioning in every room and free Wi-Fi. Villa Ypsilon accommodates up to 4 guests.

Villa Ypsilon boasts a breathtaking terrace with a wooden pergola, an authentic handmade table, a comfortable corner sofa, and chairs—perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner or watching the beautiful sunsets with a nice cocktail.

The refreshing outdoor hydro pool, complete with bamboo sunbeds and comfortable poufs, is the ideal spot for endless moments of relaxation by the pool and the perfect place to soak up the sun during the day.

Outside the master bedroom on the ground floor is a large balcony featuring a handmade, comfortable bamboo lounge set. A great place to enjoy a coffee or light breakfast in the morning or watch the stars at night, all in a private atmosphere.

From the guest room on the ground floor, you have access to the back terrace to watch the sunrise with a view of Mount Zas.
