The location makes it possible to walk along the path for 10 minutes to get into the center of Arrieta village with the stunning La Gerita beach and all the wonderful restaurant's nearby.

We currently lead a busy lifestyle, not only looking after our holiday rentals and attending to our guests, but also work on the various craft markets dotted around the island. Our passions include anything water sports related and looking after our rescue dogs and cats.

Why they chose this property

Originally this was an out building used by the Finca next door. Lovingly rebuilt from an old wash house ruin. This unique property now sits within it own private corner and enjoys tranquility among the mature garden and stunning sea and mountain views.
