This preferential location in the centre of the island , in a unique setting surrounded by volcanic lava and vineyards will allow you to travel to any place of interest on the island of Lanzarote without having to venture very far.

Our holiday homes are located in an unbeatable setting, just a few metres from the César Manrique Farmer’s Monument, in the Islote, within the municipality of San Bartolomé.

The villas are equipped to offer maximum comfort throughout your stay. They have a private pool and a barbecue area, TV with satellite channels, hi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, hob, oven, etc., washing machine.

Quiet spacious villa

Lovely spacious villa with everything we needed. The villa is in the countryside in a quiet lane. Definitely needed a car to stay here, but very central for visiting everywhere in the island. Weather was a little cool so we appreciated the heaters and throws.

Nice and peaceful

This house was amazing. Very clean with everything you need. The area is a bit remote so you do need a car to get around but it is literally in the middle of the Island so nowhere is more than 40 mins away. Carla the host was very helpful. Very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here. The villa has everything you need for a peaceful holiday. You do need a car. Well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The owners are very resposive and accommodating. Thank you for our early check-in and we hope to be back next year.

Very good villa just out of town

Villa was well presented, clean, good facilities and a well equipped kitchen. The location was ideal for us, who wanted a quiet holiday. It is a little rural and you do need a car. The nearest corner shop being about 2km and the big supermarkets about 8km. The nearest town (San Bartolome) doesn't have lot to recommend it.

Excellent place to stay

This villa was excellent. The photos are accurate. The location is great for seeing the island if you have a car. The pool is unheated but we still used it every day in February. The beds are comfortable. The villa was generously provisioned (loo paper, soap in kitchen and both bathrooms, washing liquid and conditioner, dozens of dishwasher tablets, beach towels, bath towels, lots of crockery and kitchen equipment).Getting into the villa was straightforward. There was an online check-in to do, which I needed help with, but Carla was very responsive via WhatsApp and also in advance of our stay in answering our questions.The view of volcanoes from the master bedroom was a treat every morning and the garden is well maintained.Overall I was very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying in future.

Lovely villa

This villa has everything you will need for a self contained holiday, Pool, washer, 2 bathrooms, off road parking, out of the way in a small village, around 15 minutes from the airport. The closest shops are over a mile away, so you will need a hire car. We always use pluscar they are brilliant. The owners alway gave speedy answer's to any question that we had. I would recommend this property so anyone not wanting a busy area its perfect. Also set in the middle of the island, we could get to anywhere within 45 mins top or bottom of the island. So its a 10/10 from us. Thankyou

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, hat einen schönen Aussenbereich und eine sehr ruhige Lage.Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Leihwagen haben, da in nähere Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden ist.Das Objekt könnte etwas Wartung vertragen (klemmende Terrassentür bei Sonneneinstrahlung, Rost in der Warmwasserleitung, schwergängige Fensterläden, defekte Glühbirnen) was die Urlaubsqualität allerdings nicht beeinträchtigt hat.Die vorhandenen zwei Ölradiatoren schaffen es in den Wintermonaten nicht das Haus auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu erwärmen.

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce et d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. N'ayant pas de relation physique avec le loueur, il manque un livret d'accueil pour expliquer simplement le bon usage de la maison, surtout les poubelles ! On a trouvé quand même. Sur le site Abritel l'emplacement de la villa est erroné, nous avons eu l'adresse exacte la veille de notre séjour, mais ce n'est pas facile à trouver quand on vient de l’aéroport à la nuit tombante.La piscine est agréable, l'emplacement dans l'ile est idéal pour visiter et randonner.

Super Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Objekt in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir hatten in diesem tollen Objekt zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist wohnlich und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Objekt befindet sich in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung am Rand des landschaftlich reizvollen Weinanbaugebietes in der geografischen Inselmitte. Die Lage war perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Carlotta ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin und ein kleines Problem mit dem TV wurde sofort gelöst. Lovely villa

Rural villa away from the tourist resorts. Lovely layout and well decorated. Very spacious and good facilities. Pool cleaned weekly. Excellent value for money. You do need a car but due to it's central location on the island means everywhere is easily accessible . The only negative points for us were - no safe, an alternative choice of cotton bedlinen (fleecy linen provided), some lights on outside for arrival as it was very dark. There were a lot of weeds around the pool and garden but the whole island appeared to have the same issue. We have never seen it so green. However, overall,this villa is definitely the best villa we have stayed at by far.

Séjour Mai 2022 Lanzarote

Propriété située non loin de San Bartholomé, au centre de l’île donc parfais pour rayonner dans toute l’île. Carla est très disponible en cas de besoin pendant le séjour. Propriété au calme, sans vis-à-vis. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour.

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Convient pour un séjour avec un enfant en bas âge, lit , chaise haute (juste faire attention avec la piscine). La récupération des clefs est facile et la gestionnaire répond rapidement si besoin. Séjour parfait, rien à redire.

nice place

I stayed here for a 5 night visit, apparently during some of the coldest weather in recent history (according the the barber I visited later in Las Palmas). This was my first visit to Lanzarote and I think the best things about this place was being a bit remote so I didn't have to deal with city traffic when I drove north and south, and I had a parking spot. The other thing was having the kitchen so I could do my own thing for breakfast. As I said it was cold, and it was cold in the house too (in Fahrenheit it was in the low 50's at night and only in the high 60's during the day). There was a space heater I used the bedroom, that was great. I imagine the house would be fantastic in the summer, a great patio with its own pool, lots of big windows to open up for the breeze. The only other thing was that the towel seemed to develop a bit of a funk, perhaps because of cool weather.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

In der Casa Tomares I fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Ein ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Ideal für Leute die gerne im Urlaub kochen die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Ein sehr ruhiges Domizil perfekt zum Erholen Carla und Carlota waren reizende Gastgeber die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben. Im Januar ist es im Haus relativ kühl. Es ist empfehlenswert sich warme Hausshuhe mitzunehmen! Vielen Dank an die Vermieter wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Claus und Irene
