The property is clean, spacious, and it is in a good location. The check in process is somewhat challenging, and there is some risk to needing your phone to open the door every time. Why can you not have a physical key to use after the initial entry with the phone? Then you do not have to constantly have to worry about the wireless key working.

Great spot in Madrid

Flat was roomy enough for all 5 of us; beds were comfortable, pillows were the BEST we’ve used in all of 2 weeks in Europe! One block away from Metro and walking distance from SO much of what you’ll want to see in Madrid! Retiro Park, museums, shopping, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol. All wothin a short walk. Check in is virtual, that was the only weird part. No human contact at all, felt cold and distant, but was easy enough.

The apartment is very spacious for 5 people and is close to the major shopping area. We loved we how close we were to major attractions and there was a market close by. The only time consuming piece was the check in process on the app. It was not work properly in order to pay for the deposit. Therefore we had to call the help line to pay it. It would be much easier to pay the deposit in the booking amount. Plus the company assumes that everyone has a smart phone as that is the only way to open the doors to the apartment.
