Spacious lake front cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and large living area. Enjoy the lake and mountain views from this country setting cottage. It has large lawn and 170 ft of shoreline. The water frontage is located across the street from the cottage, with chairs to watch the sun rise and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or read that book you never finished. A set of stairs is just moments away from the tranquility of the water front. The Dock is great to catch some fish or Sunbath. The closest paved boat launch 1/4 mile away.Great fishing. Great swimming. Close to Burlington and Montreal. Camp includes most everything you could want. Air conditioning in the living areas and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Gas grill and picnic table for your use as well as a fire pit to enjoy those summer campfires.

We are located on the east side of Lake Champlain and enjoy morning sunrises.
The front yard is large for fun family activities. The Lake is across the street, with seating on the grass lawn as well as the lakeside shoreline.
