Our stay was exceptional—we’d gladly return. The location was ideal, just minutes from parks and local attractions. Positioned right on the water, the property treated us to breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Thank you Patrick! I look forward to having you as my guest again!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage located on Lake Champlain. The cottage was very clean and the owner and her husband greeted us as we arrived. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay on Lake Champlain.
A perfect place to both relax (think dips in the crisp lake water and beautiful sunsets) and use as a base for side trips to Burlington, Canada and the rest of the Champlain islands. Loved it.
Awesome location! We went with three dogs and there was a dirt road that we were able to use for long walks. The screened in porch was amazing for them to sit and watch all the lake activity. Check out Arlene’s Filling Station for fresh apple cider doughnuts and The Pier Bar for lakeside cocktails and lobster rolls!
This is a lovely dog friendly cottage with a big yard that is right on the water in a quiet area. The owners are thoughtful and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property.
Linda was a very welcoming host and the property was even better than advertised. I have never stayed in a cleaner, more well equipped and tastefully decorated rental property ever!
This location was simply gorgeous. Cabin was well thought out and exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. The beds were super comfortable too! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch and the peeping the changing leaves.
The cottage is very comfortable and the lakefront view is beautiful. We cooked in both nights and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host had it decorated for Fall which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful maintained cottage and property with amazing lakefront access and very clean. Easy access to the water to launch our kayaks. We really enjoyed our time at the lake.
The cottage was sparkling clean the beds comfortable. Not a ton to do in the area but if your looking to get away and relax this is the place.

Thank you for your review. Depending on what your interests are or what you want to do, in a NON COVID environment, there are many things to do within an hour of the cottage. Montreal and Burlington VT are only an hour away. There are State parks, golf courses, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, apple orchards, fishing, biking, breweries, wineries, a movie theatre, Saint Anne's Shrine, etc. all within 30 minutes of the cottage or even closer. Granby Zoo is an hour and a half away. I keep a binder in the cottage with information about the area. And I am always available to offer suggestions. Linda
Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside cabin! Very peaceful and relaxing. Cabin was very clean and well kept. The enclosed front room with sliding doors allowed enjoyment of the lake in rainy weather as well. Nice to just enjoy quiet and wind down!
Great location right on the shore of Lake Champlain. Quiet and welcoming. Very well maintained and clean. Full kitchen stocked with the basics for preparing meals. The 3 season porch was wonderful to enjoy meals while having a view of the lake. Nice touches with fresh flowers throughout the cottage.
The property lived up to its description perfectly. The location was fantastic, and the sunsets were truly breathtaking. The cottage had a charming, cozy feel and was impeccably clean. Linda and Dave were wonderful hosts, always ready to help. Having kayaks available for use was an added perk that we really enjoyed. I would absolutely love to return in the future.
The weekend at the cabin was amazing. We were blessed to have beautiful weather in late May and I couldn't have thought of a better spot for a relaxing escape from city life. The cabin was clean, airy with high ceilings and is just steps away from Lake Champlain. My entire family keeps saying how relaxed we have felt since the weekend and I hope we get to make the journey back soon.

The cottage was immaculately clean and cozy, nicely decorated, and the setting is beautiful - definitely a great place to stay if you are looking to unwind for awhile. We had a very rainy day during our time there and it was so enjoyable to just sit inside for an afternoon and enjoy the warmth while listening to the rain. Also the lake shore is within a stone's throw of the cottage, much closer than we expected it would be. The shoreline is beautiful with its large rocks and trees, and you can see the Adirondack mountains in the distance. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend it!
Overall enjoyed our stay. The stairs into the cottage really to be replaced; they are loose and you ahould step on the studs when going up them. Also, did not enjoy being contacted by the owner that new furniture was in and wanted to know if it was okay to have it delivered during our vacation. Issue was resolved but felt she should not have contacted us in the first instance.

The stair to the cottage is made from trex decking and has some give. It is not unsafe and wish you came to me with your concern. I was right next door and available to chat. I contacted you about swapping out the couch in the event I could not get the delivery rescheduled. It was only as last resort and I told you that I would deal with it if I couldn’t get it rescheduled. I’m sorry for trying to communicate with you. I always have a good rapport with my guests and have never been made to feel like I can’t communicate with them. I’m sorry if my one text message inconvenienced you during your visit. That was not my intent.
