La maison est idéal pour 6 personnes avec ses 3 chambres, ses 2 salles d’eau et ses 2 wc. Le salon et la cuisine ne sont pas très spacieux mais les extérieurs sont assez vastes avec les 2 terrasses de plein pied 1 sur le toit terrasse et l’espace piscine. Le mobilier extérieur n’est pas de très bonne qualité mais on s’en contente. Il y a une machine à laver au sous sol et un lave vaisselle dans la cuisine. Il y a une cour fermée pour rentrer la voiture. Le frigo est un peu petit pour 6 personnes. Les routes pour arriver au logement et dans cette région sont très étroites avec de nombreux virages et pentues. La voiture est indispensable pour se rendre en course ou faire des activités. La plage est à 10 min à pieds. Un sentier longe la côte pour accéder aux différentes criques.

La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme. La villa est petite mais quand même fonctionnelle. Elle est bien équipée en vaisselle et électroménager Par contre dans l'annonce il est précisé maison climatisée alors que seul le salon l'est. Les 3 chambres ont juste un ventilateur de plafond et si les nuits sont très chaudes cela ne suffit pas. La piscine est belle mais très profonde partout. Et attention il n'y a pas de wifi.

Vacaciones en Benissa

La casa muy cerca de la playa puedes ir andando para comorar tienes un supermercado y una gasolinera al lado y si necesitas algo mas a Calpe llegas en 5 minutos, la persona de la agencia nos trato fenomenal y nos ayudo con todo lo qie necesitabamos y mas un 10 por ella, y bueno la precision del anuncio regular ya que wifi no habia y en la cocina solo disponiamos de una sarten las almohadas y colchones necesitan ser renovados y la piscina el fondo y paredes tendrian que limpiarlos ya que tienen verde en las juntas y si te metes con bañador blanco y estas un rato largo al salir lo llevas verde, pero bueno yo repetiria por estuvimos muy agusto y nada de calor aunqie tenia A/C apenas necesitamos usarlo, con los ventuladores era suficiente

Peaceful villa with splendid view and gorgeous pool

We stayed at the villa for a bit more than a week and found that it had absolutely everything we needed; nice and clean, enough space, gorgeous pool, shady spots around the house any time of day. One small remark could be the ventilation in the bedrooms which were old school ceiling fans and struggled to keep the rooms cool enough eventhough we kept windows closed and blinded at all times. Lovely area as well with beach and good restaurants in walking distance as well the beautiful beaches both La Fustera and Les Basettes.
