The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the rental price shown, the following fees apply:

- Booking fee €51
- Registration fee €5/person
- Internet 40 €/booking (if desired)
- Deposit €200

The rental price includes 65 kwh/week for electricity (extra consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

From November to March, the fees for electricity, water and gas are to be paid in full according to consumption.

Delightful holiday home with private pool. The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Moraira/Sabatera. It has a large, well-kept garden with palm trees and other Mediterranean plants as well as a very large sun terrace right by the pool. To the side of the house there is a covered terrace and a very nice stone seating area. The furnishings are tasteful in Spanish style.
"Fine and mine"! That's how you could describe this bungalow, with a pool area that offers the best privacy and where the nearby palm tree provides soothing, natural shade.

The house has a living-dining room (with air conditioning), winter garden, kitchen, 1 bathroom. In the master bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed. The children's room has two single beds and a separate television.

In fact, here you can almost feel the peace and serenity that radiates from this beautiful property. The birds are chirping, the cake baked with a lot of love and leisurely time and the steaming coffee almost hit your nose at this sight.

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property - suitable for seniors.
