The Beach Barn sits in the quiet woods, at the base of a dune, with direct access and a short walk to a beautiful private Harbert Beach on Lake Michigan. Part of a small association, with a handful of longtime residents, the area has a rich tradition of quiet family gatherings, appreciation for nature, and a casual and respectful attitude towards neighbors. Renters of The Beach Barn will be expected to align with these core values, and will be welcomed and appreciated by others in the area. Thanks to our great neighbors and community, whether at the house, or on the beach, Harbert is among the best vacation spots along the lake.
The home itself has ample space for the whole family to spread out and relax. You will enjoy the large enclosed patio with fireplace. On that same floor is a beautiful sitting room with fireplace and television, immaculate kitchen with everything you would need to cook for multiple guests, a large dining area, and a master bedroom suite. The second floor offers four bedrooms, including a second master suite, a guest room with a king bed, a guest room with two twin beds, a bunk room that sleeps 8, three full baths, washer/dryer, and a rec room with a video game machine, pool table and plenty of room to relax. This home has everything including a a private pool and spa. Don't let it pass you by!
