About this property

'The Bothy' is an modern annexe to the main house with an open plan ground floor with kitchen area and lounge/diner. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with space to park one vehicle alongside.
'The Bothy' is ideally suited to enjoy the local areas with the coast and the moors within easy driving distance. Cornwall also has many attractions further afield.
There is a spiral staircase to the first floor which makes the property unsuitable for wheelchair users or persons with accessibility needs.
Bookings are for a Friday to Friday. It may be possible to book a shorter or longer stay starting on a different day but please enquire first and we will do what we can to assist you.

Excellent accommodation,very comfy and clean. Nice and quiet location, lovely views over adjacent countryside. Well equipped. Welcoming but unobtrusive hosts. Welcome pack on arrival including eggs, milk and buiscuits No complaints at all

“Home” Base in Cornwall

Comfy and cozy spot that we were so glad to come back to after days of exploring.Appliances all new and easy to use! The staircase in the photos added charm well as the predictable challenge. A small but appreciated thought was providing a barrier at the top of the stairs to discourage missteps. Farm fresh eggs and homemade apple kljuice were great welcome niceties.

Lovely quiet location

I stayed here for a few days to be near family. Diana was a great host, communicative and on hand if needed. I had everything I needed and the puppies in the yard were an added bonus.

Lovely cottage. Absolutely spotless. Had everything I needed. Very quiet place in the country. Used as a base to return to each evening. Highly recommended.
