One Block to Ocean and One Block to Bay in Secluded South Mission Beach. Stay here with us to enjoy the beach and bay away from the crowds. Restaurants, Markets, Rentals Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club are within walking distance right across the park. Shops, Restaurants, para sailing, jet skis, Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. Stay in South Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday.

The studio has vinyl floors throughout. Full kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven and Full Sized Refrigerator. Relax seated on the patio reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air.

Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules from the attached contract in the listing when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to show Identification when checking in. A picture can be emailed prior to arrival. Subleasing, Parties, Smoking and Pets are Prohibited. If we have received these documents we will be sending check in information when the property is ready on the day of arrival.

You will have access to BBQ, private outside patio seating, 1 reserved parking space and anything inside of your apartment. 1 GBPS Fiber High Speed WIFI Internet is shared. You will have a personal fully equipped kitchen with all essentials.

Interaction with guests

Our office in in the same building. However, we will not be bothering you during your stay. We are always available if you need anything.

Great Bungalow Getaway

This is a great stay for a couple. Luke & Sarina are very accommodating & nice to deal with. Location is perfect to beach and amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Mom and son getaway

My 9 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed this location. It was the perfect size for him and I. Just steps away from the beach and Belmont park. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend

Lovely to be a block away from the beach, near Belmont Park, and a grassy area. However, the place was much smaller than the pictures lead on. It was still comfortable as we spent most of our time outside.

Tiny Little Place

Surrounded by tall buildings, no view of anything but walls. Inside very 1960s crammed into a small bedroom, tiny kitchen and little bathroom. Tv not viewable from bed unless you are 4 ft tall and sleep sideways on the bed. Kitchen table dwarfs room allowing one person to sit at table.

Thank you for your review. The studio is cozy, however, not really 1960's. The bathroom is NEW. Large shower with tumbled stone, and pebble floor. wanescott on bathroom walls. Our building is single story with 3 story buildings on the west and east, half block from the ocean. There is NO VIEW, we do not advertise there is any view. Regarding the TV, it is a flatscreen (current) 300 channels in HD and a roku media devise for apps and 1 gbps wifi and is situated on the west wall, only place for a TV. The closet is on the north wall and window on the east wall. The new frig in the kitchen is stainless (current), however the cabinets are original. Fees are in very affordable range. We also have units right on the oceanfront at a higher budget. If you wanted an upgrade our office door was right next to your door and we are accessible daily.

Good company to work with

We ended up getting upgraded to a larger unit that both fit our needs better and helped them out with another request they were getting. The owners are very communicative and easy to work with. We were very happy with the place and the location.
