Perfect for vacation, corporate housing or someone looking to work remotely. Professional workspace with fast internet is inside the unit. Assigned parking directly across from lobby entrance. This 3rd floor condo with (elevator access) also has a private patio overlooking Mission Bay. Bedroom is set up for the ultimate relaxation experience with a high end Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed with massage, lumbar, zero gravity and under bed light. Luxury bamboo sheets and plush terry bathrobes are provided for your comfort. The custom bathroom has a rainfall shower head providing a relaxing shower experience. Complex includes many amenities, including laundry facility, secured building, parking, pool, spa, complete gym, and sauna, BBQs, and much more. Nightly fireworks from Sea World during the summer. No street noise. Ready for immediately occupancy.

A hidden gem on the bay

Perfect place and wonderful views

The condo is very fresh and decorated with charm. Kitchen is top quality appliances, good storage and everything you need for cooking nice meals. The good sized lanai gets wonderful morning sun and has great views. Watching the tides and the birds is very relaxing and even addicting! We swam everyday and rode our bikes on the immediately adjacent bike trail.Terrific nearby restaurants, music joints, golf etc. We are veteran travelers and have stayed in many vacation places--this is a favorite.The hosts are lovely people -- elevens on a scale of one to ten.

Bay View Condo

Condo great location to all walkways, bike trails, golf near by, beaches, walk to stores and many great restaurants. Excellent view of bay water activities with condos marine binoculars. If your birder this is paradise. All this is from condo balcony. Sunrise over San Diego. The owners great in communication and anything I needed. everything was stocked, and clean. Beautiful Condo on Mission Bay

We just completed a 39-night stay at this condo. It is newly and nicely remodeled with incredible waterfront views of Mission Bay, the San Diego city skyline, and SeaWorld off in the distance. It is very quiet and in a wonderful neighborhood. It is a quick 3-minute walk to Mission Bay Park with great picnic and beach options. The condo has dedicated/assigned off-street parking, and it is an easy drive to downtown Pacific Beach, or just a 10-12 minute walk to a few restaurants. The hosts were wonderful and extremely attentive to any questions we had about the area or the condo. I cannot recommend this condo, and the overall experience we had, highly enough.
