I've rented vrvos for many, many years and there's no one like Molly! She has the cutest place and it is literally so close to the beach. You're going to totally love it. It's clean. She takes care of it perfectly. She's got a bed in the unit that I wanted to drag home it's so comfortable, and she's so wonderful and that really adds to your experience. I definitely will rent from her again and I would recommend that you do too.

The host, Molly, was wonderful! We booked a small studio near the beach, but Molly called us b we ore our stay to let us know a pipe burst in the studio. Thankfully, she had another beach cottage available that was an amazing upgrade—free of charge. It was a pleasant experience all the way through, and we’ll definitely be staying again :).

Great little spot with easy access to shops, restaurants, and things to do. The studio had a very strong smell, not necessarily a bad odor, just very strong and overpowering. Not sure what it was. Even my 10 year old was commenting on it. We got used to it by the 3rd day though. Other than that everything was clean and as described and we enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I got perfectly into this little house and were able to easily walk or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The beach is close and great for families and there were great food options right down the street. The hostess was quick to communicate and really went out of her way to help us feel comfortable! I would absolutely stay here again.

Quick Vacay

This property was perfect for what I needed. 5 min to the beach and 5 min to the bay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only difficult thing is parking so if you could leave your vehicle at home that would be good. Rent a bike and you can get to where you need to be easily.

Perfect for 2!

First of all, the host Molly was easily assessable during our entire stay. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the location and felt like we lucked out The place was very clean and within close walking distance from the bay, the beach as well as great bars and restaurants. The place was small but had just enough room for 2 adults. Would highly recommend and would book again! Thank you Molly!

Margaret and her husband were in their late 60s and stayed for a week. Had they asked me if the property was suitable for them before booking, I would have said no. They had trouble finding the property, trouble with the technology at the property, and the area was too busy for them. There is one step in the property from the kitchen area to the bedroom area. Most guests love the proximity to the beach, bay, and restaurants. They don't normally spend a lot of time in the studio like Margaret and her husband did for their week. They were a super nice couple, the property just wasn't a good fit for their visit.

Molly and her rental was amazing!

We have stayed in dozens of rental on Mission/Pacific beach over the years. Not all are what they claim to be but Molly’s property met and exceeded expectations from booking through checkout. The studio had everything my wife and I needed and then some. Property was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. One of the best parts was the QUIET!We never heard a single noise at night, which is unheard of when staying at the beach. We had no issues whatsoever but Molly made it veryClear she was available for anything we needed. Will be staying there again.Highly recommended..

Little Paradise

My adult daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and the property was just as described. Very clean and had everything we needed was provided. Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus since you bring home wet clothes and towels from the beach every day. I knew it was small, but wish it was just a little bit bigger, we will inquire about staying in the larger unit next time. For a couple or an adult and child it is perfect. It is in an amazing location, easy walk to the beach and every restaurant on the block is SO good.

Spacious is a generous description for this space. There’s room for only one person to get out of bed. Your partner has to climb over you or crawl to the end of the bed to get out of it.The address of 811-1/2 means the other vacationers control your promised internet connection as well as how much hot water you have when you need it. The kitchen is adequately sized and outfitted but the cookware was too greasy to use without cleaning it first. And the light over the stovetop didn’t work. Not easy cooking in the dark.The wall air conditioner was very loud and barely adequate To cool the space. There was no a/c in the bathroom. In the seaside climate no air circulation in the bathroom was uncomfortable after a shower. The shower floor was slippery so bri g your flip flops to wear in the shower.. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no grab bar in the shower. The manager asks you to start a wash of your towels when leaving but doesn’t leave laundry soap. All in all, our $300+ per night would have been better spent in s hotel. I felt like we were staying in an old cheap motel efficiency..

Unfortunately, older couples do not like this property. I do not recommend this studio for guests that plan on spending lots of time in the property and watching lots of TV. As shown in the photos, the bed is against the wall. This allows a queen bed to fit rather than a full. The internet router is in the front unit. ATT had an outage during this guests stay and all internet in the area was out. Stacy liked to sleep with the TV on and it went out at midnight causing her to wake up. She considered this an emergency and called me and woke me up. Not that I could do anything about it at that hour. The bathroom has a window and this is sufficient air flow for most of the year. We also have a small fan on the shelf for additional air flow during the short time of the year it is hot/humid. I have not had any other issues with people slipping in the shower. Again, I don't recommend this property for older guests. Rather than dealing with no light for her entire week, she could have called and I would have fixed the oven light as I plan to do today now that I know about the issue. There is plenty of detergent/dryer sheets and shout for you to use in the laundry room. She must not have seen the massive container sitting next to the machine. This property is comfortable for guests in their 20s/30s/40s ... The location is amazing and you have everything you need in the property.
