A very good place. Peace and quiet in October sun, super view, comfortable and spacious house, very nice terrace. Maurízio welcomed us, took care of us, was very helpful. We were able to check in early and check out later. Regarding the house itself, only the furniture in the kitchen needs replacing and the silicone in the bathroom. The rest is great.

Unforgettable holiday

The house looks better respect the picture posted on site. The host indication really helped us on our daily basis. Worm ospitality. We suggest to stay in Villa Gaia, seated in one of the beautiful place of south Sardegna.

Amazing Location

First of all we would like to point out that Gianmario and his wife informed us very well about everything before we arrived. We arrived very late in the evening and they bought everything which we needed for breakfast and prepared a table for us for the next morning! Very kind and sweet of them 😊 The handing over of the key also worked perfect by the facility manager Claudio . The apartment (lovely furnished) and resort is charming and beautiful with a big and nice charing pool . The view from our Terrace is amazing. All devices (like washing machine, dish washer, etc. are in a very good condition) The location around Chia is amazing ! You only need a few minutes by car to reach different wonderful beaches. We enjoyed the time !

Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Gutes Bett, tolle Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang - mir umfassenden Informationen über die Gegend, Ausflugsziele, Restaurants...Die Küchenzeile ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste überarbeitet werden.

Schönes kleines Anwesen nah am Meer

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Schöner Ausblick auf das Meer und den Ort Setti Ballas. Gianmario hat uns mit einer neuen Kaffeefiltermaschine überrascht :-), dafür Danke (Grazie) nochmal :-), einzelner kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass wir kaum W-Lan hatten, jedoch haben wir genug eigene Mobile Daten gehabt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Keine Pool Nutzung vor Juni!

Die Ferienwohnung ist nett aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ausblick und die Lage ist auch ganz ok, wird aber durch ein großes Regenrückhaltebecken etwas verschandelt. Der Pool war nicht nutzbar, dieser wird erst ab Juni in betrieb genommen. Das wurde uns leider erst vor Ort mitgeteilt. Meiner Meinung nach Betrug da der Pool ein wesentliches Kriterium zur Buchung dieser Ferienwohnung war. Echt schade...

Caro amico d’oltralpe Villa Gaia ha ricevuto in questi anni solo recensioni positive e commenti diretti entusiastici caratterizzati dall’avere trascorso una vacanza splendida. Fatta questa premessa,peraltro documentata, ti ricordo che ti ho avvisato con un lungo messaggio delle varie caratteristiche e situazioni della casa che ha ospitato la tua famiglia. Mi spiace che i tuoi figli non abbiano potuto tuffarsi in piscina. Di questo ti ho avvisato con il messaggio . Se mi Avessi avvisato subito avrei fatto in modo di farvi entrare nella piscina del sottostante albergo, ma non mi hai avvisato subito di questa necessità. Io ti ho raccomandato di fare la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti in modo corretto, ti ho dato il calendario del conferimento rifiuti da mettere all’esterno della casa. Tu invece non lo hai fatto e hai ABBANDONATO TRE BUSTE DI RIFIUTI PER LA STRADA : per il vento alcune buste di sono rovesciate offrendo uno spettacolo indecoroso e incivile.Oltre tutto hai lasciato un numero incredibile di buste di vari rifiuti nel giardino. Ti ricordo che in ITALIA è reato abbandonare i rifiuti per strada e la multa va da 300 a 3.000€. Quindi, fatte queste considerazioni che sono certo capirai, mi auguro non ti venga notificata la multa da 300 a 3.000€ da parte del Comune di Domus de Maria che pulisce le strade di Chia. Quindi, ora che hai avuto ulteriori notizie in merito al significato di igiene ambientale e rispetto per la natura che ti ha ospitato ti auguro un proseguo sereno con la tua splendida famiglia e soprattutto ricordati che da noi abbandonare rifiuti per strada è un illecito punito con la multa da 300 a 3000€. Villa Gaia ti saluta piuttosto triste per come l’hai trattata.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr schön gelegen, als Teil einer kleinen Anlage mit Pool und Meerblick. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, insb. der Küche. Dass diese aber für ein Ferienhaus enorm gut ausgestattet ist, gleicht es ein wenig aus. Wichtig für die Digital-affinen Urlauber: Es gibt leider kein WLAN. Die Strände in der Gegend sind übrigens ausnahmslos alle schön - wir werden die Region definitiv wieder besuchen!

Il faut faire attention au mobilier de toute les maisons de location Ceux ci sont parfois abîmé voir usées et fragiles et il n y a pas d état des lieux réel Certains propriétaire profite parfois de faire réparer avec les quotions ces mobilier On ne peut pas regarder lit,table chaise,etc pendant nos vacances pour estimer l usure ou les réparation obselettes

Accogliente,pratico, funzionale, attrezzato appartamento sulla collinetta, a qualche centinaio di metri dalla spiaggia di SuGiudeu.(indispensabile la macchina per i meno sportivi). Incantevole vista. Piscina condominiale. Per i ragazzi ed i bambini,possibilità di partecipare agli spettacoli proposti dal Chia Laguna(alta stagione).

Ottima Vacanza e Location

Famiglia con 2 Adulti e 2 bambini. La descrizione e le foto corrispondono perfettamente al descritto, con tutti i confort per una vacanza TOP! Il proprietario è una persona disponibilissima e corretta e super è il custode Claudio professionale, attento e sempre presente per qualsiasi evenienza. Abbiamo richiesto e ottenuto la disponibilità di una culla e un seggiolone per il bimbo di 2 anni. Per cui organizzati in ogni evenienza... Quasi nulla la presenza delle zanzare leggermente fastidiose delle vespe nei momenti dei pasti.

Chia - Villa - August 2016

Meine Freundin und ich (beide 25 Jahre alt) haben in Chia eine Woche unseres Sardinienurlaubes verbracht. Die Wohnung haben wir von der netten Familien Satta gemietet - zwar in der Hauptsaison nicht ganz billig, aber Qualität hebt sich nun mal meist vom Preis her ab. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen von Vatter, Mutter und der Tochter, welche sehr gut Englisch sprach. Die Wohnung ist sehr familiär eingerichtet und hat alles was man zum entspannen benötigt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls üppig ausgestattet, was nicht Standard ist in Italien. Eine große Terrasse schließt das Wohnvergnügen ab. Dort sind zwei Liegen auf denen wir oft zum Entspannen lagen. Abgekühlt haben wir uns jeden Abend nochmal im Pool. Ein paar Stufen und man ist sofort da und dennoch bekommt man nichts vom Lärm spielender Kinder mit. Der einzige negative Aspekt ist die Entfernung zum Strand. Dort mussten wir jeden Tag mit dem Auto hinfahren. Zu Fuß wären das schon 15 Minuten und mit viel Gepäck bei der Hitze sehr anstrengend. Einen Parkplatz haben wir zum Wochentarif von 16 EUR in Chia bekommen. Zur Stadt Chia: Stadt kann man diesen Ort nicht nennen. Es gibt 2 Restaurants, ein paar Hotels, sowie Ferienwohnungen und einen Campingplatz. Das Abendprogramm hält sich in Grenzen. Man sollte wirklich nur zum Entspannen dort hinfahren. Ein Auto ist meiner Meinung nach ein Muss. Was aber wirklich Traumhaft ist, ist der Strand. Ich habe in meinem Leben noch keinen so schönen Strandabschnitt gesehen. Wirklich ein Traumstrand!!! Alles zusammen war dies ein sehr erfolgreicher Urlaub...

Super lækkert sted, og virkelig fed terrasse .

Virkelig lækkert område. Et dejligt hus, med en skøn skøn terrasse . Alt hvad man skal bruge er i huset. Udlejer er meget hjælpsom og er meget hurtig til at svare på spørgsmål. Vores varmeste anbefalinger herfra

Vista spettacolare

Villetta residenziale molto funzionale e comoda, pulita accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione tranquilla e vista panoramica mozzafiato sul mare scintillante di Chia. Proprietario veramente molto gentile e disponibile sin dal primo contatto telefonico. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno a Villa Gaia.
