VILLETTA CHILLOUT - Stylish villa with stunning sea views, near beach

The stylish holiday home VILLETTA CHILLOUT is perched on a hill in Eden Rock near Chia and offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding vegetation.

VILLETTA CHILLOUT has an ethno-chic design and sleeps 4 guests on two floors. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with all amenities – incl. large fridge with freezer, oven, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, mixer, dishwasher -, a practical open-plan living/dining room – with Smart TV, Dual-SAT, books, and Internet WiFi – one bedroom with twin-beds and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a nice master bedroom with queen-size bed, a balcony facing the sea and a bathroom with rain shower-head, double sinks, as well as the access to the back terrace and the Mediterranean garden. Imagine yourself hanging out there in the hammock surrounded by the scent of rosemary and thyme while gazing at the sea – what a luxury!

The outdoor area also includes a private garden and a covered patio which shelters a comfortable lounge and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your barbecued meals. VILLETTA CHILLOUT is very well equipped: it provides air-conditioning, wash machine and dryer, safe, hairdryer, iron with board, gas barbecue, outdoor shower and sunbeds. Enjoy soaking in the morning sun, dreaming under the stars or reflecting upon the moonlight of South Sardinia!

To get there a car is essential. The private parking space is located high behind the house and from there a staircase leads down to the house.
