• This accommodation is offered exclusively under a seasonal rental regime, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act, and is intended solely to meet temporary accommodation needs. Reservations must be based on a cause of temporality that is duly justified, such as work, professional, academic, training, medical, care, family reasons or any other temporary need other than habitual residence. The availability of the property is also subject to the owner's use requirements on certain dates. The formalisation of the reservation requires the signature of the corresponding seasonal rental contract, the completion of a responsible declaration regarding the reason for the stay and the constitution of the legally applicable deposit.
