Great

House was exceptionally clean with everything we needed for our stay, the place was looking a bit tired and could do with a paint and new carpets but can’t fault the cleanliness of the place which to me is highly important, great communication throughout our stay, would definitely recommend and use again when staying in Chester

The pictures are misleading

Mould in bathroom, fraying stair carpet, chipped paintwork, bedroom door wouldn’t shut.

The points you have mentioned are on our maintenance list and are being sorted as we speak however, we are having challenges sorting these out as our calendar is full at the moment. We will look into completing these asap so no other guests are affected. We sincerely apologise for the issues you've had locking the door, this could be due to the heat of the sun. I can confirm this was sorted out during your stay. We are disappointed you rated us 2 stars as we believe the issues that you have raised did not affect your overall stay and any issues you had that we could sort we resolved. Despite this, we thank you for being a nice guest and we hope to get a chance to host you again and prove to you that we have high standards in serviced accommodation.

Absolutely recommend this place, really clean with comfortable beds within short walk of the city walls and river.

Clean, well equipped house. Ideally located.

Clean, tidy well equipped house with everything needed. Short pleasant walk from City Centre. Off road parking very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
