Enjoy this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 baths, first floor condo located in St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet. Only a short walk to the beach with a large, relaxing outdoor Jacuzzi. You get the amenities of the resort, including two pools, tennis courts, and fishing ponds.

The private patio faces southeast for maximum sun exposure. The unit has updated furniture and appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, New 50' flat screen TV, double stainless steel sink, coffee maker, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen table seats four.

The condo has two TVs, including a 55”HD TV w/cable and DVD in the living room with a ceiling fans and plenty of closet space in the unit.

The master suite contains a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is complete with two twin beds, and dressers. The second bath also contains a tub/shower combo.

There is additional seating in the living room for your comfort. There is even a wet bar. The condo sleeps six with the use of the sleep sofa. Come enjoy this condo for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location

Property was steps to a beautiful and clean beach. It is close to stores. restaurants, theater, and of course, St Augustine. The people were friendly and helpful. We have already booked for next year.

Dirty

We started with arriving to dirty stained towels, bedsheets with brown stains , sheets smelled musty like they had sat for months, sand in beds, which meant the bedsheets has not been cleaned. We had to wash our own sheets that night before sleeping on them bc we were so freaked out. The towels were all mismatched , there were hair balls in the floor. I went to go have a glass of wine and what was on the cup can’t be described. Like a brown crust that had sat for months. We questioned over and over when was the last time someone stayed there. Lastly , the AC easnt working right. It was a sauna when we arrived and it took till middle of the night to cool off. Ac repair man came and said there was no freeon. So no one was really ever looking into this property and keeping it up. I don’t understand why it was listed. It took almost 24 hours for the property manager to get a cleaner to give us new sheets and towels. If you see this place listed, turn and run.

Easy check-in/out. 2 bedroom 1st floor unit with patio is lovely. Quiet oceanfront gated condo property. Washer/dryer, beach chairs provided. People are friendly. Popular with “snowbirds”. Hot tub and 2 pools on premises. Private access to white sand St. Augustine beach. Close to shops/restaurants/markets. 15 min drive to historic city.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The parking fee was more than stated and cash only which could have been a problem, the beach code and wifi password we were given were both incorrect. The condo was not very clean and smelled like garlic. Bring your own dishes as most common cooking items were not there as well as no blow dryer. Over all we had a nice vacation but I would not stay at this condo again.

The condo was on excellent condition! Very impressed with its cleanliness! Short distance to the beach and a huge swimming pool that was very clean with clean bathrooms as well. Would definitely like to stay here again!! Great place. The only thing: make sure you have a code that works with access to the beach. We also couldn't get wifi username and password to work. Other than that, it was an excellent trip!!!
