Short-term rental is available for an entire apartment in Waikiki Banyan which was newly opened in early 2021 after a total renovation. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults

Our condo on the 18th floor comes with a water view of the peaceful Ala Wai canal, green golf courses, and faraway blue Manoa mountains with white clouds and rainbows. From this condo, you will have a good chance to meet some rainbows in the afternoon, sometimes double rainbows.

This Waikiki Banyan unit comes with free covered parking. Facilities include a nice pool, two bubbling jacuzzis, a spacious barbecue area with 10 or more grills, a kids' playground, tennis courts, etc.

Our unit is equipped with 2 queen-size beds, a queen-size sofa bed, and air mattresses. We have a Sony Flat HD TV. There is a dining area and a cool lanai.

We provide a variety of cookware and appliances including stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, coffee pot, slow cooker, rice cooker, and plenty of tableware. The kitchen has a spacious island which serves as a dining table. There is a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Bed linen and lots of towels are provided.

The location of our condo is great. Everything is within walking distance. The world-famous Waikiki Beach is just a block away and Kapiolani Beach Park is within 5 min walk. Less than 10 10-minute walk takes you to International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center, and Kalakaua Blvd with hundreds of fancy shops, bars, and restaurants. You can find grocery stores and many convenient store around.

Stay at the Waikiki Banyon

Overall, the condo was as described. On day one there was an issue with the water temperature, specifically the shower and bathroom sink. The was only hot water, however it was scolding hot so after a long flight, we could not shower until the following day. The owner, Kenny was notified who looked into the concern and within a few hours the problem was rectified. As for the remainder of our stay, the location to the beach was ideal. The one concern that I had is there is no security, meaning anyone can come and go on this property. I feel if you are trace with a group of adults there really is no issue, however if you are traveling with children, I feel there should be some sort of measure in place to ensure who is staying at this establishment are supposed to be there. We did not run into any issues with this concern but I feel it is important to pint this out. Overall 4/5 stars.

Waikiki oasis

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a month in March. It is a great place, beautifully furnished, a well stocked kitchen, and an exceptionally comfortable king sized bed. We never once needed the AC. Two big ceiling fans with open, screened windows and doors kept us nice and cool. The absolute best part of this condo was the huge, lushly planted patio. Song birds surrounded us at all times, there is a shaded area with a dining table, and at night it is lit up beautifully. We spent hours out here. Nothing else like it in Waikiki. Thanks Gord and Ray for being wonderful hosts!
