Incredible View! Great Location! Awesome High Rise Condo!

This remodeled 27th floor 1 BR condo offers a spectacular panoramic view that spans from Diamond Head to Waikiki Beach to the city lights of Honolulu. It is located in the Waikiki Sunset Resort, which is less than a block and a half to the beach, a 5 minute walk. The lanai and the floor-to-ceiling living room and bedroom windows face the ocean, providing a breathtaking view. The side windows offer a view of the city that is particularly stunning at night. The condo has a full-sized kitchen with cooking utensils and a full-sized bathroom. The Waikiki Sunset has a heated pool, BBQ area, recreation deck, activities desk, lounge area, laundry facilities on each floor, and a convenience store. Our condo has upgraded high speed WiFi that is free for our guests. Towels, bed linens, beach towels, and beach items are provided.
We did a full kitchen remodel and other upgrades in November 2022.

We really enjoyed our stay. We could walk to most places in Waikiki, & the full kitchen was great for making dinners. The beach chairs & boogie boards that are provided were very appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location and amenities! Ice packs in the freezer, float tubes, three types of chairs to take to the beach, adequate cleaning supplies, and many other small things. The location was great for walking to the beach, restaurants and many other sites. We had a couple minor issues and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative. We would stay there again!

We recently spent 12 nights in Honolulu. This condo is in a great location. It has everything you need from comfortable beds to beach chairs. There is a great view of the ocean. This property had recently been updated. All new kitchen and appliances. Great spot to stay.

Condo was very well maintained. 1 block from Waikiki beach and a very safe area. Great free parking pass included. So close to the Safeway, and all shopping and hotels, restaurants on Waikiki Beach. We became addicted to looking out the windows of the condo to the beautiful beach and all the surfers! Thomas the owner was very nice and responsive to our requests.Thank you Thomas! I plan on booking this condo again for 2027!

Wonderful condo with fantastic views

I stayed for the third time in this clean and pleasant condo. the new kitchen is great with a lot of space, the wifi works perfectly, and it is a luxury to have the separate bedroom with a breathtaking view of the ocean every morning. Can only recommend it!

Great location and amenities

We stayed here for a week and a half with our three kids, 10 and under. It was super clean, comfortable and quiet. We had plenty of space for everyone. We love the location, near Leonard's Bakery and Ululani's Shave Ice (our favorites!). The onsite laundry and free parking was such a great bonus and easy to use. Watching the surfers every morning was a great way to wake up. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Waikiki gem! Beautiful view from updated high rise condo.

We highly recommend this lovely, recently renovated condo, a few minutes from Waikiki beach and close to buses or trolleys for exploring. It is clean and the building is quiet. Great Location with a View

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Everything was within walking distance. The view from the Lanai was the cherry on top. We watched so many beautiful sunsets. Tom was always communicative and always responsive. He even allowed us an early check in since it was available. Peaceful and relaxing

Condo was very clean and had enough of the basics (TP, etc). to get us by until we could go to the store. The view from the lanai was nice and we watched the surfers while drinking our coffee. The walk to beach, zoo, shops, was very short. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone looking for a home away from home vibe in Honolulu.

Family vacation

My mother and sister really enjoyed their stay at the Waikiki sunset. It's at a great location on the quieter side of Waikiki. Everything is in walking distance so they didn't need to rent a car, but I live here and it was great to have the option to use the parking facility for free. It's nice to have a full kitchen and a relaxing and clean atmosphere to hang out when you just want to chill watching the beautiful sunset and ocean from you're lanai. I highly recommend this place and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions that I may have had. Mahalo

Best place ever!!

The property is well located with amazing views of sunrise and sunsets. Very close to Waikiki beach. We enjoyed to be in the balcony every day during our stay watching the surfers. Tom the owner was very kind and comunicative. We felt like we were at home, the condo is very comfortable, clean, and has the necessities for ojr stay, the kitchen is remodeled and clean. They provide detergent, a first aid kit, and even a scale if you are that brave to use it during your vacation 😉. We are very happy and thinking to come back soon. 100% satisfied. Thank you Tom

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s place. I agree with others’ reviews — very clean, wonderful location, great amenities, quick communication by the owner, easy check in/check out process. We’d definitely stay again! A few very minor things to be aware of/may need improvement:— There is no lock to the sliding door to the lanai. This wasn’t too huge of an issue for us, but we (parents) had to be super vigilant to make sure our younger kids didn’t get out there. — The twin bed is on wheels so moves around very easily (like if you just plop down on it, it moves), so we constantly had to push it back into place. — The rug may be due for a deep cleaning. Our kids bounce around a lot. We moved the coffee table to the side to protect it and our kids spent a lot of time on the ground and I noticed the rug had a slight odor. — When we checked in,

We purchased this property for the view, location, and building amenities. The Waikiki Sunset is just over a block from Waikiki Beach & the main shopping strip; yet the immediate area is very quiet.

What makes this property unique

This condo is a corner unit. Being on the corner, we have an unobstructed ocean view plus an extra set of bedroom windows with a great view. There is a separate bedroom and separate bathroom, allowing for maximum privacy.
