Beautiful house in a lovely quiet residential street of Costa Teguise

The Beach House is in a truly great location, set back from the road in a quiet residential area of Costa Teguise resort. The popular main beach of Las Cucharas is less than a minutes walk away. A car is not essential for stays at this holiday villa, as all the amenities you will need are within walking distance.

This private villa, which sleeps 4 adults (*Children can stay here providing they can adhere to the Silent Zone rule of the swimming pool area, due to the location being a quiet residential area), has been furnished to a high standard in a simple, contemporary style to give it a light and airy feel. It comprises a spacious, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen / diner, three steps lead into the lounge area, which opens out onto the solar-heated plunge pool with wooden deck surround. Stairs take you up to the walled roof terrace, where there is a BBQ and al-fresco dining area, as well as sun-loungers from which to enjoy the superb sea view.

The kitchen includes a large fridge, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, all necessary small appliances and a separate utility area with washing machine.

On the ground floor is the first bedroom, with two single beds, and a large bathroom with corner bath, double sinks and a hairdryer. The master bedroom – with en-suite shower-room is on the first floor.

The WiFi is provided free for you to use at the villa.
