Great Place to see Milan

Had a great time in Milan and this apartment was very convenient to get out and see everything in Milan. Very close to the subway and allowed for easy access to all the city sights as well as the main train station. Lots of good food and shops within walking distance along with grocery stores. Really enjoyed our time there!

One night stay

The checkin process was extremely easy for those traveling through the train station. You were able to pick your keys up from there and drop bags off at the apartment until check in which was convenient. However, the apartment was not clean fully and was not ready for guests. The kitchen table was dirty, one of the bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper, there was no soap to use in the apartment. While the location was fine for a short stay close to the train station, it was very loud and on a main road which made it difficult to sleep in addition to the uncomfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay although we want to suggest some improvements: there was only tiny dish soap containers, no dish rags or dish towel, no paper towels, no condiment starters, no salt, nothing to start. Figuring out how to get the key from the box was challenging. We found some broken stuff but reported to the management. The air conditioner makes weird noise.

Nice property but a bit frustrated with process.

The property was adequate, but I had no idea this was through a company that would then charge me a whole new set of fees at the end of my stay in addition to my rental fees. That was quite a shock. Additionally it took almost half an hour to check us in at the airport when it could have been done in line. Overall the property was fine but the process was a little bait and switch.

If I could I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not possible. Do not book this apartment if you need wheelchair access — the listing is a complete lie. We were a group of seven women (3 girls and 4 women), and the accessibility issues made our stay a nightmare.The apartment is on the 4th floor. The lift is so narrow that even an able-bodied person has to turn sideways to squeeze in. My wheelchair could not fit at all. I had to be carried upstairs, while my wheelchair was folded, crushed, and forced into the lift. This is not accessibility — it’s unsafe, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. The host refused to do anything about it.On top of that, the apartment is dirty and poorly maintained: leaking kettle, broken shower and sink, stained tables, walls, and curtains, and air conditioning that didn’t work in 30–37C heat.If you rely on this listing for accessibility, stay far, far away. This place is misleading, unsafe, and a total nightmare for anyone with mobility needs.

Emplacement idéal pour prendre le métro Loreto. Rapidité pour se rendre dans le centre. Appartement pratique , chambres spacieuses. Malgré la circulation dans la corso Buenos aires , l'appartement est plutôt calme. Manque une cafetière et de la vaisselle pour 8 est manquante.
