The property was very comfortable and the ac worked great. The temps were in the 90s. It was close to the metro and close to many restaurants

We were asked to check in a couple hours later than set time as it wasn’t cleaned yet. They offered at 20% off for first day due to inconvenience. From there it went downhill. The air conditioning wasn’t great, but the kicker was the lack of hot water. We didn't have hot showers for two days. Maintenance was greatly needed overall. There were damaged tables, broken cabinets in kitchen, buckets and cleaning products on balconies—not usable, shower pans were dirty, the sofa bed rolled the two people toward each other in a v, the dryer struggled to dry, and the WiFi password made reference to a drug house (perhaps they thought that was funny?). I sent the host multiple messages, but concerns about hot water were not addressed after two days. On top of that, the listing showed 4 bedrooms when only 3 real bedrooms are present. Privacy was lacking for those sleeping in the living room. Very disappointing stay.We were supposed to stay for four days but checked out 2 days early because it was so uncomfortable.
