Nice old quirky house with a bijou garden and views towards the sea. Spacious interior, with an odd downstairs semi self-contained flat-like 4th bedroom with kitchen and seating area. Upstairs rooms enjoyed sea views as well.Beautifully quiet, and around 500yds back from the sea(road), at the end of the trail up to Cockington village (quaint picture postcard place).Conservatory caught the morning sun, the outside seating area worked for lunch, and the second area worked in late afternoon.Beds were comfy, linen plentiful, and the showers(3) worked flawlessly. Ktchen had every imaginable appliance and tool, ... nice. The drive would probably be a bit steep for the less able, but was no problem for the kidz.
