Pleasant summer villa with private pool in Calpe, designed to accommodate up to 10 people. The property features five bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two independent floors connected solely by exterior stairs. Located 1 km from the sandy beach, it combines serenity and convenience close to local amenities.



INTERIOR



The accommodation spreads its rooms across two independent floors connected by exterior stairs:



GROUND FLOOR



Features a spacious living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and DTT. The open kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs and a dishwasher. The sleeping area on this floor offers three bedrooms: two bedrooms with two single beds each and a third bedroom with a double bed. This level includes an independent bathroom equipped with a shower.



TOP FLOOR



Houses a second living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and DTT, a separate kitchen equipped with gas hobs, and two bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed. This floor features a second independent bathroom equipped with a bathtub.



Regarding air conditioning, the villa has three air conditioning units: on the ground floor there is one unit in the living-dining room and another in the hallway; on the top floor there is a third unit located in the hallway to help cool the rooms when internal doors remain open. The bedrooms do not have individual air conditioning units.



EXTERIOR



The garden plot features an 8 x 4 metre private pool with a metal ladder and an outdoor shower. It includes a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining, a room with a washing machine, and parking on the plot for up to 3 vehicles.



LOCATION



Located in Calpe, just 1 km from the nearest sandy beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are 1.7 km away, and Calpe town centre is located 4.5 km away.
