The villa is the ideal place for relaxing holidays, perfect for those who want to live an experience in close contact with nature. Located in the heart of Salento and a short walk from the town center, the villa has a huge garden with swimming pool and more parking spaces. The house is on two levels, each with independent entrance and with large and bright interior spaces. A large veranda overlooking the pool and is suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches thanks to the provision of tables and umbrellas for outdoor use and the presence of the barbecue that can be used by barbecue lovers. The structure has been the subject of a radical green intervention with the installation of solar panels and other elements to reduce the environmental impact. The swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests is located next to the house and is surrounded by various fruit trees and other plants of the wonderful Mediterranean maquis.
