Ashdale is a very spacious single story villa surrounded by it’s mature garden, providing all facilities for real home comfort and a peaceful holiday.

The sandy beaches at Rosemarkie with coffee bar, resturant, sports and playground are only within one mile.
The Chanonry point lighthouse (most famous Scottish dolphin-watching spot) and the 15th oldest golf course in the world, are 10 and 5 minutes walk from the house.
The Fortrose shops, restaurants, marina, pubs are also less than a mile away.

Ashdale’s central location on the Black Isle peninsula is, not only ideal for visiting many Scottish Highland towns and villages, historic attractions, castles or distilleries, It is also well located for engagement in golfing, climbing, hillwalking, cycling, cruising and fishing while seeing wildlife in different areas, lochs and mountains.

Wonderful break.

Owners were very welcoming. Accommodation is very spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean and has good facilities. The location was perfect for us, close to beaches, wildlife and local shops. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable house in ideal location for walks along Chamorro Point

Comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom- half of original house with owners living in other half. Very small kitchenette. Great location for walks along beaches and golf course to chanonry Point. Very welcoming hosts - we enjoyed our stay

Lovely host and lovely property

The hosts were lovely and went out of the way to make our stay pleasurable. The property is big, spacious and clean. Enjoyed my time staying there relaxing with very young kids. The accommodation was well suited to our needs. Saw Dolphins at the bank and all the must have essentials are easily available in the nearby shops including a decent Co-Op around the corner.

Perfect flexible space for our group

We were here for a family birthday party (elsewhere) and the space was perfect for our a group of four couples. Sheila was very responsive and went out of her way to make a slight complication on our end go away. Just lovely.
