Spacious 3 Bedroomed Bungalow in a quiet cul de sac in the City of Inverness. Property has a front and side garden, a secluded back garden with a patio set. Off road parking for 2 vehicles. Smart TV, with Netflix included and Full Fibre Broadband installed. Supermarkets within a 2 minute drive... Only 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk from the City Centre. Bus stop within 300m of the property, with frequent buses running to the centre of town and the retail parks.

High levels of cleanliness maintained at all times. Good quality bed linen and towels provided.

Washing machine and detergent provided. Free standing airer and retractable washing line for wet laundry.

Iron and ironing board in cupboard, 2 hair dryers available.

Kitchen is well equipped, cleaning materials provided, dishwasher(tablets provided), kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil and bin liners stocked. Tea/coffee and sugar stocked also, as are condiments.
Breakfast pack on arrival, including bread, milk, butter, jams, cereals and biscuits.

Bathroom has a shower and a bath.
Hand wash, hand lotion, shampoo/body wash and conditioner provided

Within walking distance from children's park (300m), local shops within 0.5km and a 5 minute drive from the city centre.... Which can also be reached on foot within 20mins.

Great Stay!

Wonderful little bungalow! Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast items were a thoughtful touch. The communication was fantastic. I would stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

Excellent Stay!! The location was perfect, with easy access to Inverness , just a 20 minute walk. The property offered a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, was immaculately presented, beds comfortable, the house was incredibly clean, and the full kitchen was just lovely. There were also a lot of very nice touches to make it more welcoming andcommunication with Andrew & Nicky was very good .

Great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights in Inverness (5 people including kids). The house was great and the hosts were very communicative and responsive! The hosts provided lots of information about places to eat and activities around the area and the neighborhood has a small park and playground within walking distance which was a big bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location near Inverness

The home was a perfect fit for our group of 5. The home definitely had noticeable upgrades. We were able to do our laundry and dry it out on the line in the back yard. We cooked in one evening and the kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood RIGHT out of center Inverness.

Wonderful home in Inverness

We had a wonderful stay at this Inverness home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to all. Super clean, comfortable and a well appointed kitchen. Such a nice touch to have a few breakafast items available. Andrew and Nicky were very responsive when our American brains couldn't figure out how to lock the door! Don't hesitate to book this home for your family.

Great place to stay in Inverness

Our stay in Inverness was greatly enhanced by our stay here. Close to downtown, quiet neighborhood and just a very nice place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were very quick to reply to all our questions. If we were to come back this would be the place we would want.

Inverness and Beyond

The property was very comfortable, warm and homey. It was close to some very nice walks and to downtown. We took a few trips from here to explore the Highlands and it was so nice to come back to our “home”.

Home away from home!
