My husband, son and I had a fantastic stay here! The home was clean and ready for guests, the host was so friendly and the location was perfect for local sightseeing. Thank you for making our visit to the Highlands feel like home!!

We had a great stay. The walk into town is easy and fast. The host’s instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The beds were very comfortable. As a tall family we had to duck our heads a bit but that is to be expected in Scotland. Overall the house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great accommodation with fantastic access to Inverness (via stairs into town!). The house had toys and books for our kids to use and a well equipped kitchen.

This is a perfect location with easy parking on the street. Nice views of the city. The apartment had everything we needed and cute bedrooms with ample space in each. There's a cute backyard. I would highly recommend this place. There are several parks nearby. There's an ice skating rink nearby as well. Several restaurants and bars, and plenty of shops to choose from. A grocery store is about 0.5 mile away, Tesco.

Fabulous location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ness Heights in Inverness. The check in process was easy and the property was so quaint. The bed was fabulous. We love the nice crisp sheets and a true king size bed. The kitchen was well appointed and even included Nespresso pods. We recommend staying at Ness Heights.

Perfect for Trip to Inverness

My family had a wonderful time staying at Ness Heights! The location is perfect - within short walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. The house was clean and great size for the 5 of us. Be mindful that is it 3 stories with one of the bathrooms on the 3rd floor. Jill was very helpful with all of our questions. We would stay again!

Ness Heights was a fantastic stay. An easy walking distance to everything. The host was very attentive, beds and linen were top notch, towels were brand new, the kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. Our only critique was there are a few low ceilings that you must duck to get thru. Having several tall people in our family (over 6') we had a few bumped heads before we got used to those areas of the home we had to be careful in. But the ceilings aren't something the host can control, so overall 5 starts. We'd definitely stay at Ness Heights again.

Clean cozy 3 bedroom in great location. Host communicates well, keyless entry was great for our group of 5. Ceilings are low in some parts so watch your head if you are tall! Would definitely there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Inverness. House was spotless, is in a great location and parking was a breeze. There’s really only one con with the property and that is there isn’t a bathroom on the second level but this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Loved every minute.
