With Sea Views across Carbis Bay and secure on-site parking for one car, Wingtips offers comfortable accommodation for four guests and the perfect base for exploring the West Coast of Cornwall.

The open plan living and dining room, with sea views across Carbis Bay, is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and Smart TV, making this an ideal space for spending time with family and friends. The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a hearty meal for nights spent at home with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and espresso coffee machine. The dining area has seating for four.

The master bedroom has great flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be configured as a super king size bed or two single beds, there is also a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and TV. Off the master bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with rainforest shower, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has a stately king bed and ample storage. The family bathroom features a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Wingtips is located on the second floor and guests will be required to climb stairs if the lift is out of action.

Access Statement – Wingtips is an apartment located on the second floor. From the Car Park, the building is accessed down a flight of stairs consisting of fourteen steps, followed by one step up into the building. Once inside the property, there is a lift available for guests’ use. However, should the stairs need to be used, there are a further six flights of stairs consisting of thirty steps to second floor where the apartment is located.
