Three storey terraced cottage ideally situated in the centre of St Ives. Within easy walking distance of four sandy beaches; very close to shops, restaurants, cinema and The Tate Gallery. Comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen/diner and bathroom with thermostatic shower over the bath. There is a large playroom in the basement with vintage pinball, table football, books and games. Small rear courtyard. Storage for surfboards, bikes etc. Free superfast fibre broadband with wifi throughout the house. Bed linen, gas and electricity included. We chose a house in St Ives because it has many of the things that we love: a choice of beaches, each with their own characteristics and all within a short walk of each other, a wide range of places to eat including some outstanding restaurants and good art galleries.
From our house you can walk to any of 4 sandy beaches in under 10 minutes (we provide routes that avoid the hills!) ranging from calm and family-friendly to a great surfing beach.

Our basement playroom helps to keep the family entertained during bad weather. Complete with books, toys and games, it's also a good place to send the kids when you want a little time to yourself.
