About this property

Rome by the Sea! Il Comete del Borghetto, a half-hour from downtown Rome

The house is located in a small fishing village, where even today you can buy fresh fish directly from the returning boats, in a place where time seems to have stood still. Free parking is available in the adjacent square, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, and dive shops. From the square, you can access the renovated accommodation with a private entrance, equipped with all the amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito screens, and air conditioning. The apartment features two bedrooms plus a bed in the living room, with the option to add an extra bed. Wi-Fi and a Netflix subscription make this the ideal place for remote work and families. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the centre of Rome is a little over half an hour away by train from Castel Fusano Station, which is within walking distance. Near the sea

This was booked at the last minute and a great place to stay close to the sea for a few days. It was very clean!

Great place, not great communication

The location and property were great. Unfortunate, we didn’t get any check in information. I had to guess which unit it was by looking at the photos online and call the property phone # for a code. With better communication, it would be a 5.
