Francesca, was very punctual, friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the multiple blow dryers. The place was spacious and had a very nice patio that we hung out on at night. It is located very close to the Vatican, restaurants and coffee/breakfast places. Two negatives, the steep hill you have to climb up to get to the place and one of the nights we were here the neighbors above us were quite loud until 1:30am.

We had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. Francesca was a great host and met us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was perfect. It was walking distance to everywhere in Vatican City, there’s a bus stop nearby to take you into Rome quickly, and there are restaurants very close to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and we would 100% stay there again.

What a treasure our hostess was! Francesca helped us navigate transportation and it was a lovely stay Truely close enough to the sights to enjoy the basilica, Vatican and the shops! The patio very relaxing and a great spot to begin and end each adventure.

Wonderful house and great location

We arrived after a cruise on one of the busiest days in Rome with the popes official in Oro mass. Streets were closed, and Francesca walked a half an hour to pick us up and help us bring our suitcases to her house!
