A VERY comfortable home. Very nice renovation, with solid, new windows with every convenience, such as bug screens, to allow that fresh Versilia air to flow through the house. Location, for us, was spot on. And the owners were a breeze to work with. FIVE stars from all of us who stayed there! Grazie Luca e Giada.

Tuscany Rental near the sea

The property ticked all boxes for me and my family. We wanted an affordable, well maintained air conditioned house that we could use as our base as we explore the beach resorts on the Versilia coast line. Pietrasanta we found to be the best town to go to for evening meals. Luca the host was very helpful before and during our stay and provided good advice which saved us time and money when it came to which bagnos to go to. We spent most of our t8me in Viareggio purely because our children like the vibrancy of the place.

Great Place to Stay

This home was perfect for our stay in Italy. It is about an hour drive from Cinque Terre, which is where we were visiting, but it is worth the drive. The house is very clean and well kept. The separate floors provide privacy between the bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer were definitely helpful. The check-in was very smooth, and Ms. Daniela was very friendly and kind. There is free parking a couple of minutes walk down the street. This was a wonderful place to stay! Very quiet and comfortable, with all amenities provided. The home is beautiful! Thanks for a great stay.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Uns hat dieser Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr aufwendig und geschmackvoll renoviert worden, die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war sehr hilfreich. Von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Accoglienza, comfort, pulizia: c'è tutto!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso House Versilia per un fine settimana (due coppie di amici). La casa è esattamente come da foto e descrizione. Trasmette calore! Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito ed in ordine. C'era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Zona strategica se volete visitare la Versilia, Lucca e dintorni (moltissimi luoghi incantevoli a pochi chilometri). Host molto gentile, disponibile e reattivo. Parcheggio a pochi metri, in prossimitità dell'adiacente stazione ferroviaria. Zona tranquilla e riservata. Molto consigliato! :)

Guter Kontakt und ein schönes Haus

Wir waren drei Wochen im Haus. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vor Reiseantritt sehr gut. Vor Reisebeginn wurde ein Mietvertrag unterzeichnet und die komplette Abwicklung war professionell. Die Kommunikation erfolgte per WhatsApp. Mit dem Auto waren alle wichtigen Stellen schnell zu erreichen ( Supermarkt, Strand, Apotheke, sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.). Die Putzfrau hat einen guten Job gemacht, das Haus war auch bei der Ankunft sauber. Wir haben am Ende einer jeden Woche putzen lassen. Gerne wieder.

Autumn 2019

We, family of 3 with teenage son, stayed at the house of Giada and Luca from 29.10.’19 till 05.10.’19 and can highly recommend this house when visiting Tuscany and wanting to have both a cultural and leisure holiday. It’s pretty close to the sea e.g. beach resort Forte dei Marmi, and quite central when you want to visit places like Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Livorno, La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Don’t forget to visit the village next door, Pietrasante, center of sculpting where you find a lot of restaurants as well. We, unfortunately, only discovered this village the day of our departure. So much for our preparations. The first things you notice when entering the house is that’s been renovated and decorated with love and principle. Drawer handles, match the bars of the stairs etc. This is besides the cleanliness/tidiness that jumps to eye when you arrive. The house is well equipped and has everything that’s needed to enjoy your stay, incl. good WiFi for the youngsters. We particularly liked the big, living, kitchen as being the entrance and for us center of the house, with its marble floor, counters and sink, big table, stereo, television etc. Something we would love to have ourselves at home but that on a side note. The checking in and out is easy and convenient. Parking your car isn’t a problem as there is a free parking lot only a minute walk from the house. Although we come from what we feel is a clean country, Switzerland, we were amazed by the garbage separation and daily collection of it by a small electric truck. Something a lot of countries could take as an example. All in all a nice stay, in a nice house, owned and looked after by nice people, in a nice and beautiful area of Italy. So much more to see and do, that we are almost forced to visit again. Last but not least, thanks to Daniela for her help and flexibility upon arrival and departure. Mike

Tutto perfetto!

Casa bellissima, accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e fornita veramente di tutto il necessario. Calda anche nella brutta stagione e silenziosa per un buon riposo (nessun rumore fastidioso malgrado ferrovia e case vicine, anche per noi che siamo abituati a viver fuori città ). Noi con due ragazzini (8 e14 anni) siamo stati benissimo e siamo riusciti a visitare Pisa, Lucca e Firenze. Forse meno comoda se si hanno bambini molto piccoli per le scale, come da foto (di grande pregio estetico comunque). Ringraziamo per la disponibilità e cordialità la sig.ra Daniela che ci ha accolti.

Traumhaftes Haus mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail

Das Haus ist von unten (Souterrain: Wohnzimmer mit einem raffinierten Weinkeller zur Ansicht ) bis oben (Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss) liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die überaus hochwertige Ausstattung übertraf unsere Erwartungen an ein Ferienhaus bei Weitem. Gäbe es noch eine Möglichkeit außen zu sitzen, würden wir glatt 7 Sterne vergeben. Wir wären dann wahrscheinlich nicht mehr ausgezogen und hätten das Haus besetzt! Herzlichen Dank. Tina und Michael

Molto Bene

Sehr schönes, saniertes Haus auf 4 Ebenen mit zwei Bädern und einer super tollen Küche! Wir waren für ein kurz-Trip in hier und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr gut angebunden, Lucca und Pisa in 20 min zu erreichen, der Strand nur 5 min entfernt.!!

Charmantes kleines Häuschen

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Haus von Luca und Giada. Für eine kleine Familie ist alles vorhanden - von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zur Bettwäsche war alles da und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Das Hauskonzept ist offen und ohne Türen zwischen den Schlafzimmern. Kostenloses Parken ist auf einem Parkplatz ca. 150 Meter entfernt möglich. Danke an Luca und Giada!

Premesso che per me Pozzi e' casa, avendo avuto la casa delle vacanze estive fino a qualche anno fa. La casa e' spettacolare, curate in ogni minimo dettaglio, attrazzata di tutto molto accogliente e con una bellissima atmosfera. La zona e' tranquilla con un parcheggio molto comodo e vicinissimo. Le localita' attorno sono fantastiche, se posso consigliarvi qualche visita, direi Pietrasanta, Pisa Lucca, Viareggio e Forte dei Marmi. Se volete fare mare vi consiglio uno stabilimento balneare di marina di Pietrasanta il Nautilis (Buon cibo cortesia, ottima struttura e la sera gran bell'apericena al chioschetto in spiaggia) Tra I ristoranti per la carne la Locanda di Simone a Capezzano Pianore. Da ripetere

Casa accogliente in zona tranquilla

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e al tempo stesso strategica per chi voglia visitare la Versilia e i dintorni. È molto accogliente, rinnovata e arredata con gusto. Vi abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo invernale e non ci è mancato assolutamente niente! Torneremo volentieri

Sehr gut!

Wir hatten hier mit 5 Personen eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön eingerichtet, funktionell und sauber. Die Übergabe und Abnahme klappte ohne Probleme. Wir würden hier gerne wieder Urlaub machen und empfehlen das Ferienhaus weiter. Negativ war das Klappsofa im Untergeschoss, da hier die Auflage sehr dünn war und somit das Schlafen störte. Hier sollte man sich zukünftig über eine bessere Schlafgelegenheit Gedanken machen. Mit besten Grüße Familie Schulze

Super Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus entspricht 100% der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr liebevoll Eingerichtet und gepflegt es fehlte an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und die Kombination der Wand,Decken und Möbel passt perfekt zusammen. Es waren zwei sehr schöne Wochen, die Haus Übergabe erfolgte trotz unserer schlechten italienischen Sprachkenntnisse Problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank. Daniel & Sandra
