Beautiful chalet 300 metres from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, spectacular white sand beach.

I highlight its location, close to all services, restaurants, bus, taxi, supermarkets, etc.

Capacity for 5 people. On the first floor it has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one single, all with air conditioning.

Access from one of the bedrooms to the solarium with panoramic views of the larger lake. 1 complete bathroom.

On the ground floor is the fully equipped and furnished kitchen open to the dining room with air conditioning and

1 small bathroom with shower. Comfortable furnished porch with Balinese bed.

One outdoor parking space.

Maison agréable avec tout ce quil faut a l'intérieur

Bien que la maison est très appréciable, l'extérieur laisse pas mal de vis à vis. L'environnement n'est pas le plus joli du port d'Alcudia néanmoins la plage est belle et on peut y aller à pieds.

Bien que la maison est très appréciable, l'extérieur laisse pas mal de vis à vis. L'environnement n'est pas le plus joli du port d'Alcudia néanmoins la plage est belle et on peut y aller à pieds.

Das Haus ist sehr schön

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Möbel und Küche sind etwas abgewohnt, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super. Bushaltestelle, Taxi, riesiger Sandstrand, ruhiger See/Berge, Lebensmittelläden, Restaurants, Bars - alles um die Ecke. Das einzige Manko: Die Straße ist wirklich sehr laut zu hören, wenn man auf der Terrasse ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders zu empfehlen: Altstadt Alcùdia und das Museum Sa Bassa Blanca!

Wunderbares Haus mitten in Alcudia

Die Lage ist mit Kleinkind hervorragend. Viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen und das alles zu Fuß. Eine Menge an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe machen einem den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Schönes und gemütliches Haus für unseren Familienurlaub

Die Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants war für uns mit Kleinkindern perfekt. Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett wurde uns proaktiv angeboten. Auf Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. Wir hatten zu 6. (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) ausreichend Platz. In 15-20 min zu Fuss erreicht man auch den Lidl, wo man zu moderaten Preisen und mit viel Auswahl einkaufen kann. Ein paar Küchenhandtücher wären hilfreich gewesen, diese konnten wir auch in den näheren Einkaufsläden nicht finden.

Belle et grande maison,

Belle et grande maison, tres bien entretenue. La climatisation est un plus ! L'emplacement est ideal : 4 mn a pied de la superbe plage, 3 mn a pied de tous les commerces. L'environnement est calme, la terrasse est tres agréable. La communication avec les propriétaires est tres fluide. Bref, de superbes vacances a Alcudia ! Je conseille cette location.
