The nearest beaches are located in 5-10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is located on the ground floor and it offers an amazing green terrace perfect for the summer days.
The Apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils (dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) with a dining area and a living room area with a couch,and finally there is a cute romantic terrace/patio with furniture, perfect to enjoy in a morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of wine in the evening.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, washing machine,free WiFi, this apartmentis an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays.With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can organize cheap parking 800 m away. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Great location in the old town, everything so convenient. Only issue is parking but Alessia offered a place to park about 1km away for a reasonable price and very kindly accompanied us there to take us back to the apartment . Check in and check out very easy

Major-league holiday!

Very nice place to stay in the center of Rovinj! Everything is walking distance and it is a very clean apartment. Also the instructions were very clear. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect property for a couple in the heart of Rovinj old town

Fabulous central location with outdoor space - had all required amenities including dishwasher, washing machine , excellent wi-fi and access to streaming tv. We stayed for 12 nights, they also organised airport transfers and changed bedding and towels half way through the holiday. Coffee/ tea/ cleaning equipment including dishwasher tablets provided which was enough for our whole stay. Comfortable larger double bed - this property is perfect for a couple and would book again

Glorious residence!

Igor was wonderful, met me at a very late ferry arrival and then drove me to my car rental in town. Super responsive and helpful. Great apartment right in the middle of old town.

Major-league holiday!

Staying in Igor's apartment was a great pleasure in every way. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beaches and old town are within walking distance and right on the doorstep. We could contact Igor directly with any questions and got helpful answers immediately.

Special place!

Great apartment, comfortable, clean accommodation, small but has everything you need for two people, in the very center of beautiful Rovinj, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back again. The host gave us all the necessary information about everything, especially about the parking lot and was very helpful. I sincerely recommend it.

A COZY DEN IN ROVINJ

A cozy den in the midst of everything Old Town Rovinj has to offer… Compact, but using every available space for storage and supplies, the flat is wedged between two very good eateries (the small courtyard is shared with the restaurant staff break area, separated by a beaded screen). The WiFi is fast and the TV gives choices in several languages. The Marco Polo staff is very responsive. A fun experience ….!

Small but well equipped apartment in a great central location in Rovinj.

Although the apartment was quite small it was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We like to travel with minimal luggage so it was a bonus to have a washing machine. The Nescafe Coffee machine with a few free pods was also great. The small outdoor space was useful for drying clothes. The bedroom was very small, just enough space for the bed against a wall but the bed was very comfortables. Good shower with plenty of hot water. There is a lot of cupboards and hanging space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Agent met us at the property and provided useful information about the apartment. Location was excellent a few minutes from the marina, main square and old town with numerous excellent restaurants nearby and a bakery and small supermarket very close to the apartment.

Wunderschönes Apartment in mitten der atemberaubenden Altstadt. Super sauber Alles tipptopp Trotz der Innenstadt und der nebenan liegenden Restaurants war es ruhig gelegen Immer wieder gern Zum Strand allerdings weit zu laufen aber dafür ist man nach 5 Schritten direkt in der Stadt und hat alles was man braucht

Glorious residence!

Es war super von Anfang bis Ende. Sehr sauber, sehr zentral die Lage. Das Einchecken war super unkompliziert und Alexa war sehr freundlich. Auch der Parkplatz für 25€pro Tag war klasse, nur 150m entfernt von der Unterkunft. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Igors Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage mitten im Herzen der Altstadt von Rovinj. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Eingang befinden sich im Hinterhof eines Restaurants, was jedoch keinesfalls stört, da die Terrasse mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist, zudem gibt es einen Sichtschutz für Privatsphäre. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft für jene die zentral sein möchten, um die Altstadt zu erkunden.
