Three of us came to Rovinj for a course. We searched for accommodation online. They welcomed me warmly at the accommodation, it was clean and tidy. The good relationship lasted ten days.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Good place to explore Rovinj. You'll have access to the top floor of the house with a private entrance and your own set of keys, with the host living on the bottom floor. The place is located near lots of supermarkets and is an approx 20 min walk into the town centre. Generally had everything we needed for a week long stay, and was spaceous for 2 people. You'll have to buy things like tea, coffee, and body wash/shampoo. The place has aircon but it doesn't really reach the bedrooms that well even on full blast. Mosquitoes are a problem at night so you have to sleep with the windows closed - we were there in Summer so the rooms can get quite hot (and there was one standing fan). Wifi is generally good but can be patchy in some areas of the house. Just a note communication during the stay was done with the host directly rather than the agency which manages the booking on airbnb.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat az apartmanban, és a lakás mindenben megfelelt a leírásnak. A házigazdánk nagyon kedves volt és mindig azonnal reagált, ha valami kis problémánk volt. Külön tetszett, hogy amikor megérkeztünk, esernyőkkel jött elénk, mert szakadt az eső. Főleg németül tudtunk kommunikálni. Ajándékot is kaptunk tőle - tényleg nagyon kedves és barátságos volt! :) A környék csendes volt, jól tudtunk aludni és pihenni. Sok bolt (Konzum, Lidl stb.) volt a közelben! Mi biciklit béreltünk és azzal könnyen, gyorsan lejutottunk a központba és a strandra. A WIFI időnként kicsit lassú volt, de nekünk ez nem okozott problémát. Légkondi is van a nappaliban, de mi azt nem hasztnáltuk, mert az időjárás nem volt túl meleg, csak 24-25 volt kint. Nagyon jól lehetett parkolni: bent a kertben, vagy kint a ház mellett is. Összességében mindennel meg voltunk elégedve, köszönjük szépen! :)

Komfortables, ruhiges, sauberes Top-Appartment

Sehr freundliche, verlässliche Betreuung. Alles im Appartment vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte - bis hin zur Waschmaschine! Für Strand oder City ist es leider etwas abgelegen, dafür sind aber gleich alle Geschäfte vor der Haustüre! Parkplatz für Auto im Garten. Gerne wieder!!

De ruimte in het appartement was zeker geen tegenvaller. Alles was in jaren 70 gestyled, super leuk. Daarbij was er een wasmachine in het appartement aanwezig, met waspoeder en was rek, ideaal! Naast de twee grote, nette, leuk aangeklede slaapkamers is er een grote woonkamer met aparte keuken/eetgedeelte. Airco is aanwezig. Er is een aparte trap, naast het woonhuis, om vis eigen voordeur binnen te komen in het appartement. Onze gastvrouw, Maya, had koekjes op tafel gezet om ons welkom te heten. Zij en haar moeder waren vriendelijke gastvrouwen. De boiler hangt boven de badkuip. Erg valgevaarlijk. Ook heeft het bad een verhoging, waardoor we maar op één manier konden douchen. Eén been in het diepe gedeelte, één been op de verhoging. We hebben alle vier wel een uitgleier in bad of botsing met de boiler gehad.
