Bretteville Plage is a beautiful beach community with a small bar in the summer and a sailing school if you want to try a new sport. There is a good range of shops and restaurants in the nearby market towns of Portbail, La Haye du Puits and Carteret, but also closer in Denneville and along the road. sur Ay.
