Perfect vacation in lovely accommodation

We arrived before check in-time and were welcomed very friendly and generously by Milena and Enrico. The house is very charming and looks like the pictures on the website. Everything you need is available (well equipped kitchen, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.) and clean. There are many marvelous beaches, shopping support and restaurants in close reach. This place is the perfect place for people, searching for a very nice and calm place with lots of nature around to come down from dayly stress. We will come back when ever possible!

Great location, amazing place

All in all great. The description is as it is, spacious villa with lots of outdoor space, bbq, beautiful views, close to very nice beach with sand and rocks (nice for fun as snorkelling, jumping in etc), with restaurant as well. Shops and restaurants walking distance about 20 mins - for nice night out. Costa rei about 25 mins drive - we have been before and love it. Milena and Chicco are very nice and helpful with any tips or advice. Villa is easy to find, and has parking space . We honestly loved it it was better than expected. Thank you both.

Meravigliosa vacanza in Villasimius!! Ringraziamo i proprietari per la loro gentilezza e cortesia durante il check e per la loro disponibilità. Casa con tutto il necessario, ampio spazio all'esterno/ doccia interna ed esterna. La spiaggia a 2 minuti dalla casa è splendida e le altre spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili. Paesaggio e mare stupendi. Abbiamo passato 2 settimane in completo relax e conosciuto un’altra bellissima parte di Sardegna.

Vacanza splendida e rigenerante

Una piccola oasi in un residense molto tranquillo.L'ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi, ricaricare le batterie e godersi la natura ed il mare ( e a pochi passi dalle più belle spiagge di Villasimius). La casa è molto confortevole, pulita e con un bel giardino alberato con patio. Ottimo per godersi un aperitivo la sera o per fare un BBQ. Host molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo per un altra vacanza.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Casa Milena liegt in einem Quartier etwas ausserhalb vom Dorfzentrum Villasimius und verfügt über einen sehr schönen Garten/Aussenbereich. Innen ist es etwas klein und eher dunkel, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber; es hat alles, was man braucht. Nur bei schlechtem Wetter wird es mit den Kindern schnell eng, zumal das Dach des überdachten Patio nicht ganz dicht ist. Zwei Strände (is Traias und Simius) sind in Gehdistanz, für ins Dorf und an die anderen Strände braucht man das Auto; fährt aber nur knapp 10 Minuten. Milena und ihr Mann waren super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und über Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar! Einziger Minuspunkt: das Wlan funktioniert nur schlecht bis gar nicht, was aber offenbar am Quartier liegt und in den Ferien ja eigentlich kein Problem ist. Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt; vielen Dank für alles, Milena und Enrico!
