Wonderful independent villa with garden just 600m from the sea. The 70m2 house is made up of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The ideal place for holidays in Sardinia with your family.
The villa is located just 600 meters on foot from Campus beach, an excellent location during the day for families offering all the necessary services such as restaurant, bar, bathing establishments and diving center. In the evening you can relax and enjoy a dinner by the sea thanks to the excellent quality restaurant.

The house enjoys excellent privacy as it is a single-family house with a private garden and parking. At guests' disposal there is a large garden with outdoor hot shower and barbeque where you can organize fantastic barbecues under a starry sky comfortably seated on the large well-equipped outdoor veranda.

In the surroundings of the village, the presence of numerous excellent quality facilities will allow you access to services such as a riding stable with the possibility of horseback riding, relaxing on the golf courses and diving school.

A wonderful holiday

We absolutely loved staying at Francesco’s villa. It was in a beautiful quiet location. The beach was easy to walk to down a lovely track. The villa had everything we needed including warm blankets and fresh towels and beer on arrival! Our hosts were so helpful and kind and did everything they could to ensure our stay was perfect. We would love to go back one day!

Sans réponse de l'hôte depuis 10 jours avant le départ, j'ai dû contacter Abritel en catastrophe la veille du départ et me trouver un logement secondaire "au cas ou" à la dernière minute... c'est du jamais vu ! Il m'a finalement répondu juste avant le départ... quel stress, du coup on part déjà avec un zéro pointé niveau communication.Sur place, on découvre que les serviettes de plage, pour lesquelles l'hôte m'avait dit ok ce qui était le point qui m'avait convaincu de choisir cette location, n'avaient pas été fournies (heureusement il s'est débrouillé pour nous en fournir 2 jours après, photo à l'appui de sa promesse au moment de la réservation).Le wifi fonctionne très mal, un seul rouleau de papier laissé pour la semaine (quand même, ça ne demande pas beaucoup d'efforts de fournir une petite réserve à une famille...) ni de lessive pour juste faire une lessive (et on se retrouve à devoir acheter une pleine boite pour 1 malheureuse lessive!).A noter qu'il y a encore en octobre de nombreux moustiques dans le jardin (contrairement à ce qui m'avait été assuré par conversation) et que aux alentours il y a parfois des feux qui rendent la terrasse parfois irrespirable.L'eau chaude de la douche est également un peu capricieuse et pas très chaude.A noter également une taxe de séjour additionnelle à payer à l'arrivée et une taxe supplémentaire si vous laissez la moindre poubelle en partant (avec un tri très poussé à faire).Bref, je ne recommande pas.

Sehr schön mit ein paar wenigen Downs

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt, sauber und sehr ruhig in schöner Natur gelegen. Der Garten mit Granatapfelbaum und Aussendusche war für uns das Highlight. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war, dass das W-LAN extrem schlecht war und die Betten sehr hart und unbequem waren. Die Dusche war etwas verstopft und der Weg zum Strand ist deutlich weiter als beschrieben. Man läuft ca. 20 Minuten.Ohne Auto ist man dort leider etwas ab vom Schuss. Das sollte man vorher wissen. Es gibt zwar einen Bus, aber der fährt nnur alle Stunde.

Sehr schone ruhige Unterkunft mit schattenspendenden wunderbarem Garten und toller Aussendusche.

Bis auf eine katastrophale WLAN Situation eine perfekte Unterkunft. Es wurden ausführliche Hinweise zur Bedienung des Fernsehers und der Mülltonnen gegeben, aber nicht zum WLAN - dies brach auch immer ab und war eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Hier halfen auch nicht die nachträglichen Infos durch den Vermieter.

Vacanza Relax

la villetta si trova in un bel villaggio ed e adatto per chi ama la tranquillita. La casa e molto confortevole, con una bella terrazza ed e addobata con gusto. Il parcheggio pero e un po stretto & e tavola/sedie per mangiare dentro erano giusto il necessario, per il resto siamo molto soddisfatti. Villasimius e una zona bellissima, ci vorremo venire di nuovo!

Wohlfühl Anwesen

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Alles hat ausnahmslos gepasst. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der wunderschön angelegte und gepflegte Garten. Auch die schöne Außendusche mit warmen Wasser haben wir sehr genossen. Im Haus selber war alles sehr komfortabel und sehr sauber. Herr Walter war jederzeit erreichbar. Ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

tolles Haus, super Lage

Das Haus ist sehr nett und die Lage sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz ist für einen VW Bus etwas zu klein aber man kann am Rand des Wohngebietes Problemlos parken. Da es kein Durchgangsverkehr dort gibt, hatte ich keinerlei bedenken außerhalb des Grundstückes zu parken. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus mit dem schönen Garten liegt nahe zu Villasimius. Jedoch empfiehlt es sich ein Mietauto zu nehmen. Die umliegenden Strände sind so gut zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden im sich wohl zu fühlen. Und die Vermieter sehr nett.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Nähe zum Strand

Schöne Unterkunft mit hübschem Garten in ruhiger Umgebung. Unseren Kindern hat es auch super gefallen. Wir würden wieder kommen! Alles was man braucht ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die Vermieter kümmern sich umgehend um alle Anliegen und geben Tips für Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wunderschön!

Ein kuscheliges Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschönen Garten, der von uns 5 Sternchen plus bekommt. Dazu entspannt ruhige Umgebung (wir waren Ende Mai dort), Strand Campus mit empfehlenswertem Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen. Kontakt, Schlüsselübergabe völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Parfait!

La maison de Francesco est très très agréable. L'accueil effectué par sa sœur était très chaleureux, le jardin très bien entretenu, la maison d'une propreté exemplaire. Elle est très bien agencée et rien ne manque au confort des vacanciers. La climatisation dans la pièce principale et dans la chambre parentale est un vrai plus! La douche dans le jardin un vrai régal après une journée de plage et un vrai bonheur pour nos trois enfants de 9 et 6 ans. La maison est située à 5/10 minutes des plages et de la ville de Villasimius ce qui a l'avantage d'être au calme, les plages aux alentours sont superbes ( mention spéciale pour celle de Punta Molentis où nous avons l'impression d'être aux Seychelles!) La proximité avec les autres maisons n'est absolument pas un problème, le jardin étant clôturé et bien isolé par la végétation. Bref une semaine de détente et de bonheur dans ce bel endroit. Merci à Francesco et à sa sœur pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse! Une très bonne adresse ou nous retournerons avec plaisir!

Schöner Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Villasimius. DIe Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Besonders hat uns die Blütenpracht des Gartens begeistert. Im Gegensatz zu manchen trockenden Gegenden Sardiniens ist der Garten ein wahre Pracht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern läuft ganz unkompliziert. Diese Antworten sehr schnell und sind sehr rührig. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
