Ferry Nice Apartment is a thoughtfully styled, recently refurbished two bedroom ground floor stay in the heart of Broughty Ferry. For larger groups, there may be the option to book another apartment within the same building, allowing you to stay close while still enjoying your own space.

The apartment features a bright, comfortable living area with a living flame gas fire for a cosy touch year round. There are two well presented double bedrooms, one with a king size bed, high quality mattress and down duvet, and the second with a comfortable double bed. The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk in shower.

The kitchen is well equipped for a relaxed stay, with a dedicated dining area seating four. To the rear, a small private garden offers a quiet outdoor space, ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Guest Access and Important Information
Guests have full access to the apartment and private garden. Free on street parking is available on Church Street and nearby Brook Street, first come first served. Heating and bed linen are included, and a Smart TV with Netflix access is available in the living area.

Ideal property, would book again

Good layout and well equipped. Easy free parking outside. Small enclosed rear garden ideal for dogs. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends/family visiting the area.

Ferry nice indeed !

The overall view of the property was that it was a lovely home from home. It was clean , warm and comfortable. It was our first time staying in Broughty Ferry and we loved it. Lots to do and what a beach !! Plenty of different places to eat and drink - all on the apartment’s doorstep. We will be back. Ps Outside space was a lovely place to relax and watch the light fade.Sparrows chirping was special.

Welcoming

We have elderly family in the area so come up to see them - we often bring our dogs so need somewhere that we can walk them easily. This was great location - had to walk slightly to get to the dog friendly portion of the beach and slightly further for us to travel to get to relatives however the property is immaculate and very comfortable and plenty of shops and restaurants/pubs (not to miss out I’ve cream shop) within a few minutes. Lovely call from the agents before we arrived to check we had all the information we needed and plenty of useful info provided through the welcome pack. Fantastic stay and we will book again

Visiting daughter in university

The property was perfect for our week, all amenities needed with information about places to eat and attractions to see. Close to Dundee, and the town of Broughty Ferry provides a wonderful seaside experience, the castle is a must-see!
