Spacious, modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom first floor apartment right on the seafront in the old fishing village of Broughty Ferry near Dundee - the city of Captain Scott's ship, the Discovery and the V&A Museum. South facing balcony with uninterrupted views of the River Tay, Broughty Ferry Castle and the harbour. Sit on the balcony and watch jet skis, kayaks, yachts and passing ships or try to spot dolphins near the castle. A long sandy beach and children's play park are within a 5 minute walk. New coastal walk and cycle way which can be joined right outside to Dundee or Monifieth. Or take a train to Dundee in 8 mins from the local station -a 5 minute walk away.
A wide variety of individually owned gift shops, art galleries, boutiques, cafes and restaurants are almost on the doorstep - Visocchi's locally renowned ice cream being one of them! Close to many golf courses, including the famous Open courses at St Andrews and Carnoustie.

This is an apartment used by the owners family and rented for short term lets for holidays. It has a Short Term Let License ( License number DD00146F) from Dundee Council. We love visiting as it always feels like a holiday next to the sea with walks along the coastal path and the many beaches in the area.
