Great duplex penthouse located a few meters from the emblematic Plaza del Sol in Madrid (1 min), Plaza Mayor (5 min) and Ópera (5 min). Located, therefore, in one of the best areas of Madrid and in the heart of the tourist area. It is very bright too.

The apartment downstairs consists on a large living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom too. In the upper part, there is another bedroom and a small living room. The whole house has AC except in the bedroom on the lower floor.
