About this property

Lakeside Cabin in Kentish countryside

Luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge in stunning lakeside setting. The owner has built 3 new units set on 5 acres of prime Kent countryside, with far reaching views and private fishing opportunities. The whole plot is private to the three well-spaced properties. You are within easy reach of the village centre with 2 pubs and a shop/post office. Please consider that the lakes are unfenced so young children must be supervised at all times and there is a walk from the private off road parking area. The lakes have good numbers of Carp, Tench, Bream, Perch and Roach. There is a £10-00 per person per day fee for fishing payable on site.

Modern design features in this new for 2020 detached lodge. The property is accessed by a few steps , but once inside you are on one level. The good size open plan lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining space works very well to make use of the views. There are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom to sleep a total of 7 persons. Fabulous outside decked area on two sides.
