With 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a cozy wood burning fireplace, an outdoor above ground pool, an outdoor hot tub and an outdoor bar, this is the vacation home you've been dreaming of. Oh, and don't forget the wrap around porch for enjoying your morning coffee or hosting a summer barbecue. Best of all, the home is located in the heart of Marquette, close to dining, shopping and recreation activities. Easy access to the snowmobile trail in the winter. Includes use of two car garage, great for snowmobiles or bikes!
When staying in the winter, a four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. There is a slight incline to the driveway.
Please note, pool is only open June 1st - September 1st. Hot tub open year round.

Hot tub water is changed between guests. If I have back to back rentals, the water in the hot tub may not be hot on your first night.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood. There is a township noise ordinance that starts at 10:00 PM.
To decrease traveling sound, the neighbors to the left of the house respectfully ask all gatherings be held on the deck and not in the driveway.
