Great location, great views

The house is new, clean, well equipped and gorgeous, offering breathtaking views. Host Fabrizio is very helpful, uncomplicated and kind. If you love solitude and are not afraid of driving steep and narrow streets, this is it.

Amazing House on top of a hill

The views from the villa are amazing, to wake up with mountains on one side, and panoramic views down to the ocean on the other was simply breath taking. Fabrizio is a lovely host, very welcoming and the villa he has designed himself is wonderful. Staying there is just Dolce Vita.

Exceptional villa with fantastic view, tastefully furnished, large pool & very helpful host 🚀

Nothing is missing at this location: from the beautiful architecture, the size of the kitchen (and outdoor kitchen) with all the facilities for barbecuing and dining, to the breathtaking view of the landscape and the sea from the pool and terrace. Also good to know: The villa is fully air-conditioned and has electric blinds in every room. Host Fabrizio was helpful in every situation and provided great tips on restaurants and excursions. We will definitely be back!

Tolle Lage mit Blick aus dem Pool auf das Meer. Wir waren mit 3 Hunden unterwegs, der Garten ist umzäunt und unsere Hunde haben sich auf der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio war prompt und sehr zugewandt. Danke das wir Gast sein durften

Zuerst möchte ich den wundervollen Gastgeber Fabrizio erwähnen. Wir haben wirklich schon in vielen Quartieren unsere Urlaube verbracht, die Gastfreundschaft, Aufmerksamkeit und Rücksichtnahme von Fabrizio sucht allerdings ihresgleichen! Die Villa und die weitläufige Gartenanlage sind wunderschön, dazu komplett eingezäunt. Die Räumlichkeiten der Villa sind großzügig bemessen stilvoll eingerichtet und architektonisch gut gelungen. Der große Pool, die Außenküche samt des atemberaubenden Ausblicks sind kaum zu übertreffen. Der fantastische Ausblick ist ohnehin allgegenwärtig. Auch nach zwei Wochen hatten wir uns daran noch nicht sattgesehen! Wie schon von einigen Rezensenten erwähnt, ist die Anfahrt zur Villa teilweise etwas „abenteuerlich“, zumindest für den durchschnittlichen deutschen Autofahrer. Fabrizio schickt dem Gast vorab eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung zu, diese Route ist die beste aller Optionen (Tipp: Falls CarPlay vorhanden die Route einfach ins Interface spiegeln und für die erste Abfahrt die Wegpunkte umkehren). Nichtsdestotrotz muss erwähnt werden, dass es drei, vier recht heikle Engstellen gibt und je größer der Wagen desto enger wird es logischer Weise. Nach einigen Auf- und Abfahrten gewinnt man allerdings an Vertrauen, da man sieht das sich letztendlich jede Situation auflöst. Lieber Fabrizio, Du hast hier wirklich einen ganz, ganz tollen Ort erschaffen und wir sind dankbar das wir bei Dir zu Gast sein durften! Grazie mille!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, la maison est juste incroyable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Un grand merci à Fabrizio, il a été d’un grand support et d’une aide précieuse, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses réponses diligentes et pertinentes ! Haus und Betreuung hervorragend

Wir waren im Oktober für zehn Tage mit unserem Hund zu Gast bei Fabrizio. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Fabrizio und seiner Tochter begrüßt.Die Ausstattung des Hauses,die ruhige Lage und die uneingeschrängte Aussicht hat uns völlig begeistert.Da der Garten vollkommen eingezeunt war,konnte unser Hund sich ganz frei bewegen.Fabrizio hat immer wieder nachgefragt ober er uns behilflich sein kann. Für uns waren es tolle Tage. Für jeden der Ruhe sucht,ist das Haus zu empfehlen.

Traumhaus

Die Villa Olympia ist ein sehr komfortables, geräumiges, lichtdurchflutetes Haus mit einer großzügigen Terrasse und einem wundervollen Pool. Von der Aussicht konnten wir gar nicht genug bekommen, nach Nordosten die Apuanischen Alpen, nach Südwesten der See und das Meer. Schöner kann ein Panorama nicht sein! Virginia und Fabrizio sind sehr liebe Gastgeber die uns herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres Aufenthaltes bestens versorgt haben, sei es mit dem eigenem Olivenöl und Wein oder auch mit hilfreichen Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. Es war der perfekte Urlaub!

Einfach perfekt!

Tja, das ist nach so vielen Eindrücken gar nict so einfach, das kurz zusammen zu schreiben. Die Villa liegt in den Hügeln vor Viareggio ca. 300 m über dem Meer. Um die tolle Aussicht erleben zu können ist die Anfahrt für deutsche Gepflogenheiten entsprechend abenteuerlich. Aber Fabrizio hat vor Anreise noch die passende Wegbeschreibung unter Umgehung der "besseren" Feldwege gesendet. Auf unser Bitten konnten wir bereits um 10 Uhr vormittags den check-in durchführen. Fabrizio, der Inhaber und Vermieter der Villa hat sich als derart menschlich und sympathisch erwiesen, das sich schnellstens ein fast schon freundschaftliches Verhältnis ergeben hat. Da er den Gästen ein optimale Privatsphäre ermöglichen möchte, gibt es keine Fixtermine für Pool oder Garten oder... Wir haben lediglich unsere Abwesenheit bei Ausflügen kund getan, und in dieser Zeit wurde alles notwendige (Poolpflege, Müll, etc.) erledigt. Die Villa ist praktisch neu (Erstbezug 2021) ohne jede Abnutzung, alles ist tiptop in Schuß, Sauberkeit auf Status "Hochglanz"! Die Haustechnik ist entsprechend, Beleuchtung, W-Lan, Klimaanlage, Fußbodenheizung, Elektro. Es gibt allerdings keine deutschen TV-Programme. Aber mit Streaming-TV bei dem Lan in der heutigen Zeit auch kein Problem! Unten in der Ebene (10 min) sind alle Einkausmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Eurospin, Conad, Coop. Ausfugsziele wie Carrara, Pisa, Lucca sind sehr gut erreichen, selbst in der Cinque Terre in Ligurien ist man auch in ca. einer Stunde (Übrigens: Der schiefe Turm von Pisa - ca . 25 km- ist von der Dachterasse aus mit Fernglas oder Tele sehr gut zu sehen). Fazit: Ein absolutes neues highlight in der Toscana, einfach perfekt und empfehlenswert! Ringrazie Fabrizio!

Frank & Gabi were exceptional guests, it was easy to communicate with them, from the first moment they stood our for their Kindness and sympathy, it was a real pleasure to communicate with them when they were at the Villa. Atemberaubendes Ferienhaus

Schon beim ersten Anblick der Villa Olympia hat es uns den Atem verschlagen. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn. Auch im Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen, es war alles sauber und sehr komfortabel. Fabrizio und Virginia haben uns mit offenen Armen empfangen und waren jederzeit für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ein besonderes Highlight war, als wir eines morgens leckere Croissants und eine Kiste von Fabrizios Wein vor der Tür vorfanden.

traumhafte Villa

Die Villa ist wirklich traumhaft schön, sauber, sehr gepflegt und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Villa hat alles was man für einen unvergesslichen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Man ist absolut ungestört und wir konnten die Zeit absolut genießen. Ein Fleck auf Erden der wirklich seines gleichen sucht. Fabrizio und seine Familie sind wundervolle und herzliche Gastgeber. Sie erfüllen einem wirklich alle Wünsche und wenn man eine Frage hat, antwortet er sofort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder.
